Harmony test result

Hi
If you had a harmony test, how long did it take to get the result please.

I had one last Friday and wondering when to expect it. I was told 5 working days so just wondering whether I should expect it today really.

I had one in 2015 but back then it used to be sent to America so it took two whole weeks but I was told the tests are being carried out in the UK now so assume results are quicker.

There’s a scan done before taking the bloods for the harmony test so if the scan shows a non viable pregnancy, the clinic won’t continue with the harmony test and will only charge for the scan.

Lots of places will separate the two and just do the bloods if you have a recent scan confirming number of babies and viability and it knocks about £100 off the price. Depends where you are based but Surrey and London you can Defo get just bloods done.

Just got our results low risk and a girl too! I wanted to add that our results email came thru on Sunday, so if your results don't come on a Friday they still may come before Monday. Good luck everyone.
