Hello all! - I'm currently 7+6 weeks and have been off from work for a week with another week to go. The time off was planned before I found out I was pregnant but it has been so needed. I have literally slept day and night for the last 10 days. I have been out a handful of times and come home absolutely exhausted. I have tried to drink more fluids, fruit and veg but all my body wants to do is sleep!
I'm always ridiculously tired! ðŸ˜
Luckily I have another week off but I'm worried I'll go back to work feeling the same and just crash!
Any tips?
