i prefer edie to edith but my friends nana is called edit and it always reminds me of er

Can't decide if I like it or not. I think it is a bit old ladyish, I used to have an Auntie Edith she was my gran (Hilda) 's cousin so I think it reminds me of her. I like Edie though, although it is likely to be reffered to as "oh, as in Edie Macreedie (sp)"

If you like it you should go for it.

Really don't like Edith, sorry. Edie is better and love Esme. Edith just reminds me of an not so nice old lady.
