Hi guys, I'm new to this really nervous As I'm posting the first time. 😁

Been reading through this forum for a few months looking for advise and I have finally plucked up the courage to make an account.

Iv missed my period this is my 3rd cycle. I have been to the Docters and they have said it could be due to stress etc. I'm not stressed it don't have anything that is worrying me but I thought I'd see how I get in. Now it has been the third period I have missed Iv been getting some really bad lower stomach pains and back ache I'm frequently going to the toilet and eating a lot more then I use to. I went to the docters today and I got told I had a water infection. Which I'm confused about as I'm not in any pain when I do pee and from what I know when you have a water infection when you pee it stings or hurts but I don't have this symptom. Iv done some pregnant test over the last week and I'm confused more then ever now the tests keep coming up with a faint second line... Could someone please have a look at the tests and advise me if I could possibly be pregnant or not? And can you anybody else see the second faint lines 😕

Yes OP congrats, I would say you are pregnant! Buy First response preg test tomorrow as they are the best ones for early testing. !

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 00:37

Hey Perdigal,

Thank you so much for replying so fast.

I have been going out of my mind all day looking at these tests.

I was unsure if I was or if it wasn't because of the faint line.

I wasn't sure if they really faint because I could be really early in my pregnancy... I am trying for a baby. I just hope I am pregnant... Fingers crossed 😃

Congratulations!

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 00:42

Hey Fannydaggers,

It's a definite positive - even faint means positive.
If you do another one tomorrow as your first wee it should be even darker.

If you have the prime now app you can order a clearblue digital test and another early test (twin pack) and can be with you by 8 am!

Keep us posted please!!! Smile

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 00:45

Perfect... That's what I'll do. Thank you so much ladies for your advice.

I'll keep you updated 😊

Hey, that's a positive :) late last year I had a similar result which ended in very early miscarriage. I thought i was pregnant, but kept feeling like my period was going to come which it did about two weeks later (prev confirmed via blood test etc through hospital). As pp said, test again tomorrow and the lines should get darker if the hormones are rising? Congratulations!

Hello, both times I've been pregnant it was quite early on when I don't a test & the lines was very faint, so I got a clear blue test that tells you how many weeks you are, if your still not sure get a clear blue one then you can find out how far along you are too

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 11:33

Yeah I'm going to be picking a clear blue test up today sometime after work and try it. Iv just been confused as to if there was a possibility if I could be pregnant or not... With the lines being so faint X

At my doctors you have to fill out a self referral form for the midwife, is this your first child? Xx

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 19:27

Yeah it is... So don't have a clue how to go about all this.

Would I have to contact the Docters?

OP posts:
Icklepickle101 · 06/07/2017 19:32

Congratulations.

You shouldn't need a doctor appointment just let the receptionist know you've just found out you are pregnant and need to know how to buy ok in with a midwife!

Icklepickle101 · 06/07/2017 19:32

Book in Hmm

Sandra800 · 06/07/2017 22:38

Perfect I will do.

Should I do skitter test in the morning or should I just leave it to what this test says xx

If you'd feel better if you done another do one, I knew I was pregnant but I done a clear blue just to see how many weeks I was, made me feel abit better than just being in shock
