Pregnancy tests with faint lines.

Hi guys, I'm new to this really nervous As I'm posting the first time. 😁

Been reading through this forum for a few months looking for advise and I have finally plucked up the courage to make an account.

Iv missed my period this is my 3rd cycle. I have been to the Docters and they have said it could be due to stress etc. I'm not stressed it don't have anything that is worrying me but I thought I'd see how I get in. Now it has been the third period I have missed Iv been getting some really bad lower stomach pains and back ache I'm frequently going to the toilet and eating a lot more then I use to. I went to the docters today and I got told I had a water infection. Which I'm confused about as I'm not in any pain when I do pee and from what I know when you have a water infection when you pee it stings or hurts but I don't have this symptom. Iv done some pregnant test over the last week and I'm confused more then ever now the tests keep coming up with a faint second line... Could someone please have a look at the tests and advise me if I could possibly be pregnant or not? And can you anybody else see the second faint lines 😕

I think I'm feeling the same - shocked.

I just want to be 100% sure I am but from what Iv been advised from everyone on the forum I am defiantly pregnant so I think I'll just do another test tomorrow so my minds at rest cx

Hi, don't want to alarm you but when I read this it worried me that you've missed more than one period and the tests are really faint and you are getting worsening pains. It could be an ectopic, so if I were you I would go to doctors and request bloods for hcg taken 48 hours apart. I had an ectopic in February and tests stayed faint even though it ended up rupturing. To begin with my levels stayed roughly the same going up and down hence why tests didn't change much. Hopefully you are only just pregnant and that's what it is but please get checked out. Xx

Hi when I missed my period on the second cycle I went to the docters and they send me for a ultra scan and they said they couldn't see anything in my womb this was last month... They also said I could have PCO However me and my husband are trying and I didn't know if l have got caught after the scan sometime... However his is my 3rd cycle missed now...

Everything should be fine, you normal get a feeling if something's not right, like you know when something's wrong if that makes sense x

Hey no it's ok 😊 I'm just glad your here to give me advise.

However I have been to the docters and he asked about the pain that I'm getting if it's constant which it isn't and if it's only from one side which agin t isn't .

It's just a sharp pain every now and then and it lasts five mins and goes away.

The docter then pressed of a few areas of my belly and asked if it was hurting while she was pressing in it which it wasn't. So he said he doubts that I have a ectopic pregnancy beaches of that was the case when he pressed down on my belly i would have been in agony. So he's asked if I court give a urine sample on and they going to check from they lab and test my urine to see if am pregnant 😕 which ok confused about because I showed him my tests and he said you are most lily pregnant because the tests are pretty accurate.

But because I have had so many positives I might just call the docters to see a midwife I don't even know how far I am

Get a digital clear blue one, it should say weeks but then you've gotta add to weeks to it just so you know, then because you have missed periods the midwife will send you for a dating scan, that normally happens around the 6 weekish mark of the pregnancy x

When should I do this test? Could it be any time of the day?

When I was pregnant I done it anytime of day& it worked fine

You might get a clearer result in your first morning wee as it'll be more concentrated.

Just did the clear blue test and this is what's come up...

You've gotta add 2 weeks so your about 3-4 weeks least you know now, but at the scan they will give you a due date & everything x

So I'm more than 1-2 weeks then.

Why is it you add another 2 weeks on xx

Yeah your more then 1-2, & im not actually sure but it says it in the instructions & im not 100% sure but I think I can see it, when did you do the test?

Yeah it was, I'd probably do another one in a week or so, I know it's hard to wait, I'm like it myself, I'm abit unsure atm, definitely wait until after your due tho, then it should be abit more clearer xx

Ahh I'm very impatient, the only reason I tested this evening is because I've been sick for the last few days now, otherwise I probably wouldn't have, good luck hun! Xx

Oh, well good luck& keep us posted if you are& thanks aha, I'm not really wanting another baby atm tho, already got 2 babies under the age of 2 & my 21st coming up xx
