Pregnancies due March 2018

Hi,

I just found out I'm pregnant with our first DC at lunchtime today.

Obviously very early days and anything could happen but thought it would be nice to have a little group who are due around the same month to share experiences and hand hold if needed.

Anyone around who is due in March?

My partners sister is currently living in the nursery but she moves out in September so I can get hands on decorating then! So exiting I've been eyeing up the white company furniture it's gorgeous

I've got my bf's half brothers 21st birthday party tonight! Been rushing around all day! I had to have a nap! No one here but bf and his sister know I'm preggers, hiding the fact I'm not drinking is going to be an art tonight...

@Winterc00kie Mission accomplished! Swapped full glasses for half glasses and a lot of glasses of tonic water! And I can now use my morning sickness as a hangover!

I'm on the beach everyone is in the sea swimming and I'm so cold I have a jumper and a body warmer on is anyone else getting this problem even at night in bed I'm so cold!

Yep completely knackered and can't sleep at night! Clearly little bean is preparing me for the future!

I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do when I tell my Mum, I want to have fun with it and film her reaction, I think she's going to hit the roof with excitement!!

Well played TidmanK - I totally cried off a works drink this week - too many eyes
I'm farty as a trooper and tired out - small spurts of energy here and there - but so hot all the time! Pretty emotional/moody too.
Turning to 8 weeks mark on Monday yaaay

God each day seems to get harder the feeling when you wake up of not knowing whether your starving hungry or about to vomit is horrid!!! Has anyone herd from there mid wife yet?

I'm very sick, I've already had to take a day and half off work with it last week and i really dont know how I'll get through the week coming. It's all day sickness and it dies off like 1hour before i go bed and then starts again through the night.. i find myself wide awake around 3/4am everyday just lying there feeling sick.
If it carries on like this I'll need to go to the doctor and be signed off again. It makes me feel terribly guilty but myself and my baby come before a huge company where im just a number.

I'm very cold too but get hot flushes alot!

the nausea is kicking in with me too now as well and i have the nose of a bloodhound now.

I woke up this morning feeling awful! You're right it's like I don't know if I'm hungry or about to be sick!
I'm sitting at work right now but I can't concentrate on anything at all and the guy who sits next to be is pissing me off and I don't know if it's hormones or if he's actually being annoying!!

@issy2165 I have my midwife Booking appointment tomorrow but the dr at the EPU said she thought it was really early and was surprised they had booked me in so soon!

@TidmanK - I've filled out the online self referral form for ante natal care. Do they then just send you a letter a couple of weeks later, or do you actually have to call and book?

@Bumpkin21 They just called me about a week later and offered me a date. I think I'll get a confirmation letter too.

Found out last week that BFP.
Looking around March 24th for the due date.
Symptoms atm include tender boobs, tiredness and hunger (i'm just so hungry all the time!)

I do feel sorry for the ladies getting nausea - I've only had a touch of it and then comes a ravenous appetite.
Worse here is some sharp pain in the baby area. I went to stand yesterday and was hit by a wave of pain. Stayed down on all fours for a minute while it passed. Then just a bad night of peeing and being uncomfortable. The weird sensation of being "aware" of something has just worn off now.
My EPU said the gp should arrange the midwife appointment - I think I'll give them a call
