Clothes size for a small baby

Just that really. A quick question to those who had small babies around 5lb-6lb.
I'm expecting a small baby. I'm 33+2. Going for regular growth scans and the last one showed that her tummy has tailed off a little bit. She measures just under 10th centile and is 4lb5oz according to the scan.
I've got another scan next week. Dr will consider induction on or just after 36 weeks if the growth is still slow.
I have bought loads of baby clothes but most are 0-3 months and I reckon she might drown in those.
What size would I need for a baby this small? Tiny or premature?
Thanks for your replies?

I was estimated at a growth scan 3 days before birth as baby being 6lb 3. She was 7lb 7!

My 5.6 lbs baby didn't fit into 0-3 until he was nearly 4 months. I was so upset at not having anything that fitted. Get stuff and leave the tags on to return if you want.

Dd1 was 49cm so not tiny in length

0-3 is for babies up to 14lbs and will be ridiculously massive on an average sized newborn.
DD was 4lbs 13 and we got some tiny baby sized clothes from Mothercare. DH popped out and got them after she was born as we weren't expecting her to be so small.

DS was long but skinny, born at 35 weeks due to IUGR. He was 5lb 9oz. John Lewis early baby fit perfectly, tiny baby were a bit big but wearable. My favourite tiny baby clothes were from next and boots. We ended up buying a couple of multipacks of both early baby and tiny baby from JL and kept the receipts. They were really lovely when I was dithering over sized and said not to worry, if we tried one on and it was the wrong size we could return them and swap sizes/get a refund. As it was we needed the smaller size but might be worth you doing similar.

My daughter was born at 5lbs 7oz and newborn swamped her! Tiny baby was about right for her. 0-3 will definitely be too big, my daughter is 4 months and 0-3 is what she's wearing now. X

My daughter was premature... She will be 7 on Friday!!! (Feeling old as she's the baby! Lol)
I had tons of newborn stuff as obv wasn't expecting to deliver early... My friend went out to her old work (peacocks) and bought some tiny baby stuff (up to 6lb 5oz) it was still pretty big on her... But in a few weeks it was passed on as they grown so fast!!! My daughter was 5lb 2oz at birth.
Now she's in 8-9 clothes and one of the tallest in her class...
Get some tiny baby and newborn stuff... Don't go overboard though as your wee one will grow out of them fairly quickly!!
Good luck xx
