I am so nervous i have my 12 week scan tomo i dont even feel pregnant i have no symptoms n my 9 week scan showed twins but one had no heartbeat so i am praying for twin 1

Thinking of everyone really - we're all going through the mill in different ways!

I've got my first scan tomorrow, should be 6+5. We'll see. I feel far less anxious about this one I think because the last few times I've analysed every twinge, symptom, lack of symptom etc and I've never known what's going on inside me. I've totally lost faith in my body which means that there's absolutely nothing I can do - which is weirdly calming! I'm expecting tomorrow to be ok as it's around 8/9 weeks that mine stop growing. So if tomorrow is ok, the next 3 weeks will be the hardest I think.

I'm feeling like Monday has come around too fast. My first day back in the office after a couple of weeks mostly out and my bump is not hidden! 15wks today and still bricking it!

Oh and Bec, good luck on your induction! Hoping it's quick and that I've got the day right!

Most underwhelmed by my midwife appointment. Seems to be largely an exercise in filing! BP and urine only checks today, apparently listening for heartbeat not in pathway any more. Next appointment with her at 34 weeks!!! (But I will be seen in hospital ANC at 28w for anti-d).

We have the lurgy here. OH spent most of last night on the loo. I feel like I have razor blades in my throat, and beginning to feel a bit queasy. Spent all my energy going to soft play now cbeebies is being the best parent in this house today.

I have mostly been forgetting I am supposed to be pregnant. Haven't poas since the original positive. But I can feel something womby going on. No cramps, I can just feel my uterus. Now of course I am shitting myself it is twins. Good luck with scans everyone.

That's pants Grain. I'd have been camped in the room insisting the MW tries the doppler, you seem to have taken it better than I would ok though. Do you have any more follow up scans before your 20wk appointment?

say next scan Wednesday. Think I would implode if I had to wait till 20w. Apparently doppler not really in the pathway at all, not a good indication of foetal wellbeing and provided false reassurance.

Forgot until after that my plans for letting the cat out of the bag at work were based on heartbeat being present today. Oh well.

bell how far along are you? Hope you recover from the lurgy soon, being ill as well as pregnant sucks!

Couldn't take the stress any longer so rang my EPU this morning. They know me very well, unfortunately.
Got my early scan booked for 27th. I'm on holiday next week for 10 days so hopefully take my mind off things then get the scan the week after we return. I'll be 7-8 weeks as don't know proper date as fell pregnant straight after miscarriage with no AF to date from.
Hopefully, they'll be able to see heartbeat if all is well.
The waiting game to see if everything is ok is stressing me out big time. I just need to know one way or the other. 😢😢😢

Alb - so sorry you're going through this, I really hope theygive you some new news soon, can't even imagine what you're going through.

Corrinax - good luck for your scan, I was in the same position as you with twins on my early scan at 7 weeks but twin 2 hadn't made it when we got to 12 week scan, luckily all good with twin 1 and he's doing well, very daunting though and a bitter sweet time.

Had my 28 week growth scan this morning and all good, he's measuring well and growing nicely which is a lovely relief, this was always a milestone I wanted to get to knowing if anything happened and I went premature, he had a 90% chance of survival from now.

Will catch up on everyone else now - good luck to all those with scans coming up!

Not good news for me Very small sac & not much else. Looks around 4/5 weeks but should be almost 7. Had bloods today & again on weds to see what's going on with HCG but I'm out. Not doing this again, there must be a time to give up & I think I've reached it
