Downs Risk 1:11 waiting for NIPT results

Hi

I'm new to this group and I'm after some encouragement. My combined bloods and NT came back as a risk rating of 1:11 for Down syndrome. We've been advised to take the NIPT test and then depending on that result the CVS. My NIPT results are due back from Wednesday and my CVS in scheduled for Friday. I haven't been told the readings of my blood work and I've not received the report. The scans all looked positive and fine apart from the NT 3.4mm. Anyone had the NIPT and then had the CVS for reassurance?

Well done for winning! I did think about finding out and not telling DH but my mum actually found out by accident when she had a CVS with my sister and said not telling my Dad was really hard. I think it's a boy though as they asked if I wanted them to take a guess at the 12w scan and I think they only do that if they can see something - if you know what I mean!!
