Bertie ive had 4 pregnancies and bleed in all of them. By far the worse the bleed was in my pregnancy with my son who is full of beans and 2 years old.

For me the bleeds and spotting combined with loss of symptoms and pain were a bad sign. Also as silly as it sounds I just stopped feeling pregnant.

Macauley I'm sorry to hear your suffering. I feel pregnant with my son 2 months after a mmc. It wasn't an easy pregnancy for lots of reasons. But the hardest factor was my anxiety. In hindsight I wish I got some more support. There are lots things that can be done to help reduce anatal anxiety. I ended up having lots of treatment postnatally and still wonder if it could have been reduced by earlier intervention.

I'm still sad about the baby I lost but I look at my little boy couldn't imagine it being different. It took me a long time to get to that point but I feel peaceful about it all now.

Are Thanks Kate Smile

felineways · 25/08/2016 10:26

Ps Maccauly the due date hurts. If helps take time to mark it ( I planted a bean tree for my little bean and wrote a letter to the little soul we'd lost)

BertieBotts · 25/08/2016 10:44

I'm still having symptoms so that's good :) And no cramping - I had cramps last time. I just went for a wee and saw nothing, so fingers crossed it was just that one off.

Going to go pokemon hunting with DS and try to put it out of my mind, I'll make the appointment later today anyway, as it needs to be made, or possibly tomorrow, just to give myself time not to think about it too much.

BertieBotts · 25/08/2016 10:45

Oh meant to add - but if the spotting goes away I'm not going to make an urgent appointment.

XxbecquixX · 25/08/2016 10:53

Lol Bertie on the pokey hunting I do the same lol

doleritedinosaur · 25/08/2016 11:37

Hopefully that's it for spotting now Bertie.

I had the best behaved baby of the morning so far. Everything is good & bang on for Dates 9th March so I'm definitely feeling flutters.

Waiting for bloods then we're telling family.

HopefulKate1980 · 25/08/2016 11:39

dino I'm so happy for you!!!

feline thinking of you and hope it will be ok. A friend of mine had a massive bleed in her pregnancy and she gave birth to a lovely boy who is now 3. So fingers X.

bertie glad the spotting seems to have stopped. I did some googling when I spotted and it said 70% of women have some form of bleeding during their pregnancy so I'm sure it's nothing. But I know how worrying it is!

Just left school after gcse results. Was so hard not to cry every time a student was happy... I'm so emotional!! I missed the a level results because I was in the EPU so everyone was asking if I was ok. I just told a couple of people who know about the MC that I have something weird on my ovary, which is completely true but It's because I'm pg!

Sorry to anyone I've missed. Flowers

Naschkatze · 25/08/2016 12:37

Congratulations Dino!

XxbecquixX · 25/08/2016 13:09

Are you having a scam today aswell jpeg x

XxbecquixX · 25/08/2016 13:09

A scan even*

BertieBotts · 25/08/2016 13:12

Thanks jpeg and becqui!

jpeg28 · 25/08/2016 13:16

No my scan is next Tuesday morning. I do feel quite pg today... Slightly nauseous and food tastes weird so I'm hoping that's a good sign! I wish I could fast forward these next 6 weeks!

XxbecquixX · 25/08/2016 13:38

That's excellent jpeg, I feel like crap today, burny hot and just overall mwah :o{
I'm 5+2 today and because I had my BFP very early like 5-6DPO (squinters) I feel like I should be 5 months already lol
I did another CB and a FRER this morning still 2-3 on the CB but the line on the FREr was by far the best I've had so far, the test line went so dark that the control line looked like it didn't have enough pigment in it.
Almost like the dye was sucked up into the test line instead, that was nice to see, Grin
Have you stopped doing tests now? Xx

jpeg28 · 25/08/2016 13:44

That's great xxbec... I did a few tests last week when I had some spotting just in case but were mega dark and I've had my hcg done now in my bloods so that has put my mind at ease!

Just had some pasta and now feel so sick. I going to drag myself to the gym today, I've put on weight since TTC and need to shift a little while I still can!

doleritedinosaur · 25/08/2016 14:10

Thank you everyone.

The midwife weighed me after I shoved cheese & onion pasty into my mouth.

Hope it all goes okay Kate, I was so nervous. They showed the baby to me straight away as it the same sonagrapher who confirmed my MC. Got 3 good photos. Everyone is so happy.

For everyone with brown spotting it does seem to be more common than people realise. A few of the mum's at my group had bleeds at different points & also breakthrough bleeding so one didn't know she was pregnant for 3 months.

Hope everyone is doing okay.

HopefulKate1980 · 25/08/2016 14:41

Hi guys.

We've got a baby! All measuring fine. All limbs are there! Waiting for blood tests but the measurement at the back of neck was low so the sonographer was encouraging. So relieved. Thanks for all support.

Sorry I haven't caught up on everyone's news yet but I will. All a bit of a whirl.

Lots of love xxx

Naschkatze · 25/08/2016 14:44

Yay! Good news Kate! What did they date you as?

jpeg28 · 25/08/2016 14:45
