I'm about the same stage of pregnancy as you and I definitely have quiet days where I can't feel the baby move as much. It always freaks me out, no matter what! I think it's very normal though.
I spoke to my midwife the other day when I was really worried and she advised me to lie on my left hand side, drink a very cold and very sugary drink. Within about ten minutes or so, I could feel the baby kicking.
I had a midwife appointment yesterday and she was listening to the heartbeat. We could also hear the swooshing sounds of the baby moving and only once in about ten swooshes did I feel movement, too. I think the baby has lots of room to move around at this stage so doesn't always make contact.
I've download a foetal sleep tracker app which lets you log every time you feel a movement. Over a few days, it starts to show you a pattern. I like it and it's reassuring.
The other thing I've realised is that a few weeks ago, feeling the baby move was a kind of novelty, and was unexpected. Then over the 25th week, I got used to feeling it and expected to feel it all the time. my mindset changed so non-movement felt really wrong, if that makes sense?
Anyway, sure all is fine but try waking the baby up wiThe the lying down and drinking trick. If nothing happens, call your midwife and she'll advise/reassure.
Good luck
