When are you all due, and do you know the sex yet?

If you don't know if it'll be a boy or girl yet, do you want to know?
For those who don't want to know, how comes?

I'm 18 weeks and due July 30th. My next scan is in 3 weeks and I literally can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl!

In three days and having a surprise!

Sorry, just saw second part of your post. I wanted a surprise as I don't want to know such a important part of my pregnancy. I've loved guessing and others guessing and love the fact my husband will be the one to tell me if we've had a boy or girl.

I am 32+2 and we didn't find out.
We didn't want to find out like fruitcake I have enjoyed people having guesses and husband guessing a girl for no reason!
I also don't like it when people know what sex know their due date for elective sections etc. I wasn't sure if I was going to have to have a c section or induced early so I wanted one surprise.
I also want my H to tell me the sex after birth.

I'm 29+5.
We don't know what sex yet even though we've had a 20 and a 28 week scan because the little monkey won't show us!

I'm due in May and chose not to find out the sex. I think for me, I sort of love not knowing for some strange reason! It has added to my anticipation I think, although I understand from all perspectives and that there are numerous benefits to finding out. I like the idea of finding out on the day that I meet them for the first time.

I'm 13 weeks today and we find out tmrw if it's a boy or girl.

I'm very excited but also nervous as it's another scan to get through.

Not due for ages yet but at least we can start sorting out all of dd1s hand me downs depending on sex

I'm 29 weeks. Due 16th May and expecting a second little boy

17 weeks and due 3rd Aug. Having a girl. Found out via harmony test.

I'm 14 weeks I'll find out at 18 weeks what Im having I can't wait. I never understand when people say keep it as a surprise I feel like it's a surprise no matter when you find out then once your baby is born you get the surprise of what they look like. I'm a control freak though I like to know everything and prepare surprises are not my thing at all.

With DS I found out at 16 weeks and felt it helped me picture him and pick a name, plus practically it will be good with this one clothes wise since we only have boys things.

The reason I like to find out is so I can give my baby their name and start using it, it helps me bond and I like to be prepared! I loved knowing in my last pregnancy, it was like 'I'm pregnant with Eve' rather than 'I'm pregnant with a baby'. For me it feels more personal but each to their own and some don't name babies until after the birth! I've known my boy and girls name for a few weeks and I'm 18+1! Girls middle name finalised yesterday

Im due in July, we're having a little girl!
We found out with my DS too, I couldn't imagine not knowing, Im far too impatient and like to plan things!
Plus she already has a name and we refer to her as her name…helps me bond more :)

I'm due just under 2 weeks. We didn't find out as we really have no preference. You can't change the outcome either way. We have no girl or boy names set and wouldn't if we had found out and the nursery was always going to be a dumbo theme so again no reason to find out.
I only had 1 reason for wanting to find out and that's because I don't like waiting (seriously my mum still has to lock presents away from me as she knows I will just turn up to her house and search - I'm 27)

I do however really think I'm having a boy which means a lot of people don't believe that We really don't know

I am 16 weeks so due on the 8th of August.

We have private care so will have a scan at 17 weeks to find out the sex. The reason I want to know the sex is so we can pick a name, buy the right colour clothes and do the nursery. This is my second pregnancy We have a 5 month old baby boy and found out the sex last time too.

I'm 31 weeks, due 29th April and having my second girl. I needed to find out in order to connect to my pregnancy. I suffer from hyperemesis and before finding out, I kind of just felt poisoned rather than pregnant. Finding out made it seem more real and helped me bond.

Due in June. 24 weeks now and don't know the sex. We decided not to find out. I'm hoping that it will give me an incentive to keep going through labour! I'm looking forward to the surprise!

I am 36 weeks and I have been told I am having a girl (2 scans, private and NHS) is anyone worried that it might be wrong? I found out mainly because I am impatient. But now I feel I have bonded with 'her' and have ALOT of pink stuff bought for me (and bought by me) !!!

I'm 18 weeks and keeping it a surprise like last time. I personally loved not knowing and bonded with baby with no issue at all. I had a crap labour and wasn't allowed to hold baby for a couple of hours after. Having DH tell me it was a girl after all that was one of the most magical moments I think I'll ever have. Our friends and families also loved the surprise too.

I can see why people like to find out but I don't understand the it helps you get ready thing personally. I got neutral stuff so could use again or give away. I know a few people who went mad getting all pink/blue etc only to then have another the different sex!

I'm 17 weeks now and not going to find out. I like surprises and quite like the idea of finding out on the day and ringing everyone to put them out of their suspense. I really don't understand the 'I found out cos I wanted to plan'. What is there to plan? Pick both a boy and a girls name, buy some gender neutral baby gros for the first few weeks and pick a nice colour for the nursery rather than pink or blue. I do get that it would help some to bond better though.

Due 20th June with our second girl. Found out this time as dd1 desperately wanted a sister and I felt I would have to mentally prepare her if it was a boy! She is over the moon that it's a girl though :)
Also we now know we can keep all her clothes

Due March 20th and expecting a boy. We're crap at picking names so wanted to know the gender to eliminate some, also he gave us the "See my dick! Look at my dick!" angle at the 20 week scan.

I'm 31+1 and having twin boys. Didn't plan on finding out the sex when I found out I was pregnant but when we found out we would be having twins it was surprise enough for one year! Also from a planning point of view with two I wanted to get organised.

Im 35 weeks plus 4 I found out at 17 weeks I was having a little boy. The baby wasn't planned and after finding out it has really helped me bond with him and I call him by his name already. I think the suprise is when you meet them im so excited to see what he looks like and give him a cuddle

Due in 10 days, didn't find out. Reason was - none really. We were asked at the scan if we wanted to know, and as everything seemed healthy and fine we weren't too bothered about the sex. No name set yet for either. Will see what happens when it pops out

I've only just found out I'm expecting baby number 2 should be due around first or second week of October. We will definitely find out the sex if we can, purely so we can work out what bew baby things ie clothes, we need to buy, and what we can re-use! We found out with DD, and I went mad buying pink things!
