What week did your morning sickness start if you had any?

The reason I ask is because I'm just six weeks pregnant and no sign of it yet

Last two pregnancies ended in miscarriage at 12 weeks

On both I was very sick with morning sickness but can't remember what week the sickness started.

I was also very sick on my two pregnancies that did work out - until about 14 weeks.

I hated being sick - but at least if I was sick I'd have the feeling I really am pregnant. There's nothing to indicate I've had a miscarriage yet - no bleeding - but the two miscarriages where missed ones so who knows what's going on inside now.

I don't feel tired or sick - no symptoms at all - just no period and a positive pregnancy test.

Due to get a reassurance scan at the end of next week anyway.

In both my pregnancies (resulting in babies) I spent week 6 worrying about lack of morning sickness. By week 8, I had my head pretty much permanently over a variety of receptacles for vomit.

Junosmum · 06/10/2015 23:46

7 weeks, ramping up at 8 weeks. I only vomited a handful of times but was constantly nauseated.

DramaAlpaca · 06/10/2015 23:48

With DS1 it started at 9 weeks.
With DS2 it started at 12 weeks, as soon as I stopped breastfeeding DS1.
With DS3 it started at about 5 weeks. That was horrendous.

With all of them it didn't stop until about 20 weeks.

Wishing you all the best with this pregnancy, OP Flowers

5 weeks for 1st pregnancy. It was hell and lasted until about 24 weeks.

None at all in second pregnancy. No symptoms other than a +ve test! I didn't really believe I was pregnant until I had dating scan at 16 weeks.

TriJo · 07/10/2015 07:56

Very mild nausea from 8-12 weeks for me. Virtually nothing since then. 16+3 now.

Kickedinthetits · 07/10/2015 08:03

7 weeks

Metalhead · 07/10/2015 08:53

Around 7 weeks every time.

MaisieDotes · 07/10/2015 08:56

About 6 or 7 weeks in this pregnancy. A bit later in earlier pregnancies.

MaisieDotes · 07/10/2015 08:56

Previous pregancies I mean!

MaisieDotes · 07/10/2015 08:56

Agh! I give up! Grin

Archer26 · 07/10/2015 08:56

I had it before I knew I was pregnant, that's what made me do the test, so 4 weeks? Horrid abf then literally day I turned 12 weeks it went.

My friend fine until 9 weeks, then all the way through. Sad

Dachshund · 07/10/2015 08:57

It was constant day-long nausea (with some vomiting of course!) from about week 8/9 to week 13/14

Kinsman · 07/10/2015 08:58

My first pregnancy ended in MC and I had no sickness at all. With DD I had sickness from around 8/9 weeks right up until the morning that I went into labour. Try not to worry (I know it is hard)...

Heavenscent86 · 07/10/2015 11:28

Mine started at 3.5 weeks this time. Not fun lol. Try not to worry. Every pregnancy is different and some people have terrible sickness with one pregnancy and nothing with another pregnancy.

horsewalksintoabar · 07/10/2015 11:31

8-9 weeks always for me, with bit of respite around week 11, then back for the kill until week 14 when it subsides for me. I never experience sickness before week 8.
My MCs and stillbirth I had no sickness at all.

PosterEh · 07/10/2015 11:33

Dc1 from about 8/9 weeks until 16 weeks
Dc2 from about 6 weeks until 13 weeks
This pregnancy I've had no vomiting so far (8 weeks on Friday) but starting to get a bit of nausea. I've started taking Cariban preventatively so maybe that's helping.

expatinscotland · 07/10/2015 11:38

From about 6 weeks with all three.

Groovee · 07/10/2015 11:44

With dd before I knew or clicked I was pregnant. With ds it was 8 weeks and I thought it was travel sickness.

CarShare · 07/10/2015 12:13

6 weeks to the day pretty much!

BananaRaces · 07/10/2015 14:39

I had dreadful all-day nausea which started at 7 weeks and calmed down at about 13 weeks.

CarrotPuff · 07/10/2015 15:23

Around 7-8 weeks with DS, till 14w.
From 4w with DC2, stopped at 8-9 weeks.

brookeberry · 07/10/2015 15:42

9 weeks for me pages. Everyone's different!

PurplePoppy17 · 07/10/2015 20:29

Mine started at about 6/7 weeks. Imm13 weeks now and I'm very dizzy and feel 'hungover' every day. Only sick 3/4 times a week. Although it's horrible and a disgusting feeling it actually calmed my nerves of negative thoughts as if I'm still being sick then baby is ok. My friend is 22 weeks and has just not long stopped being sick. I'm hoping I stop before then... I feel like I'm wearing down to bones Confused

PurplePoppy17 · 07/10/2015 20:30

Some don't get sickness though (lucky) have you had any other symptoms?

Floralnomad · 07/10/2015 20:33

With my first pregnancy I had nausea from about 1 week and was vomitting from week 4 to week 40 , I also miscarried a twin at 12 weeks . Started at week 5 with pregnancy 2
