I am 10+3 and feel a constant nagging nausea. Despite this my brain keeps telling me that eating will make me feel better. I seem to spend ages every day looking in the fridge and cupboards for something to take my fancy and often end up with marmite on toast or scrambled eggs on toast.
When I do find something I REALLY fancy, I get quite excited
. At the moment I love granola with chopped banana and Greek yogurt. This is quite good for me as in previous pregnancies I had a hankering for hot sausage rolls!
What everyone else is enjoying at the moment? I am hoping it might give me some inspiration?
