Could be. I knew I was pg about three days before my period was due. Strong metallic taste in my mouth and slight nausea.

newby29 · 01/12/2006 09:38

I tested positive 3 days before AF due, bcause i had been feeling really nauseous the day before - ao about 9/10 days post ovulation - so yes, I think its possible!!!

paddyclamp · 01/12/2006 22:08

I felt symptoms at 7 weeks preg with DS and 6 weeks with DD. But i have a friend who felt ill before she was late, and my nan used to feel ill the morning after conception!!! So it is possible!

christMissybaby · 01/12/2006 22:09

i had my suspicions the very next day. my pee smelt horrid (and then i had to put up with that acrid smell for 9 months! ugh!)

greenday · 01/12/2006 22:11

Last month, my boobs felt bigger and sore. I experienced slight nausea as well. This was 2 weeks before my period. I was convinced I had conceived. Definitely wasn't my usual PMT symptoms. Then I got my period. Sigh ... I do wonder if it was my mind playing tricks.

LieselVonGiftwrapp · 01/12/2006 22:15

Immediately - about four days before AF due date.

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 01/12/2006 22:17

With this pregnancy, I didn't have any symptoms, but I just knew somehow. I bought a pregnancy test, and prenatal vitamins at the same time, because I just knew.

paulaplumpbottom · 02/12/2006 17:59

My period isn't due until wed. Should I test tommorow? I still feel sick.

Paula: I had 'PMT' from CD20, and my aureoles got bigger on CD21.

Try and wait 'til at least the day you're due. Easier said than done, I know!

If you don't wait, let us know what happens!

paulaplumpbottom · 03/12/2006 17:30

What does CD mean?

i knew about 10 days before af was due with ds and all 3 subsequent pgs. i was a restaurant manager and the chef put a roast pork joint next to me so i threw up into the bin with ds. with the others i just knew, it was a shift inside that i can't explain

pesme · 03/12/2006 17:55

test next friday. early testing will only lead to madness!

merrylissiemas · 03/12/2006 17:57

i tested 5 days before af with all 4 and it came up vvv faint pos. prob best to wait.

paulaplumpbottom · 03/12/2006 18:16

Dh is insisting on testing in the morning. I know that early testing will drive me nuts, but theres a part of me that is just dying to know.

merrylissiemas · 03/12/2006 18:17

have you bought a test yet?

paulaplumpbottom · 03/12/2006 18:23

Yes I got a First Response and a digital clearblue easy. Think I might use the digital if I get a very faint line or something like that.

CD = Cycle Day.

(Spent a while on the conception boards).

MerryMegandSnowySoph · 03/12/2006 18:33

Tested 10dpo with BFP and only had sore boobs. Around 2 to 3 weeks into PG started feeling iffy in the morning and very bloated all the time.

theposterformerlyknownasMammyM · 03/12/2006 18:39

Don't know about first response but the clearblue website says it is possible to get a positive 4 days before AF due, although it does recommend waiting until you are due on. you could always test tomorrow and see, if it's negative try again in a few days, if it's not..well, it's not! Even a faint positive is a positive! Chances are, that if you're feeling sick now, the hormone levels would be high enough to detect, but that's just a guess!

paulaplumpbottom · 03/12/2006 20:03

I think I'm going to give it a go.

Will you share your result with us either way? Can't wait myself now!

paulaplumpbottom · 04/12/2006 07:28

well I tested. I took three test. The first response was negative, the clear blue had a faint line, very faint, but the clearblue digital gave me a positive.
