How many days after conception did you start to feel symptoms?

I am only ten days past ovulation but I have felt really nauseas all day the past two day? Could I be pregnant or is it something else????

Congratulations! !! I had symtoms of pg almost immediatly this time.It was wierd the tiredness hit me, we were on holiday and I had to go to bed at 9.30 because I was so exhausted and I had no energy for swimming or any activity really and this started probably a couple of days after conception!
Anyway good luck and I hope everything goes ok for you, its all very exciting, I am due in four weeks!!!!

No my DD is 3. I was pregnant in September but lost it at 6 weeks. So cross your fingers for this one.

I didn't know first time, but 2nd time I knew I was pg 2 days before my peiod was due because I recognised the feeling. The pg test worked then, too!
