Has anybody else decided not to find out?

I'm 100% set on not finding, my husband is 50/50 and said he may but doesn't really mind if I don't want him too. But our families keep going on about not being prepared or how they can't buy things for baby! Kinda driving me insane.

Worst of it is I'll be having a 28 week scan which I said my mum can come along to as she missed my 12 week, last time at 17 week's she blabbed it's a girl as she was looking inbetween the legs (we didn't want to know). I'm worried she's going to do it again.. Would it be obvious at a 28 week scan? Silly worrying really, just so set on a suprise Smile

I didn't find out with either of mine!

Just tell the sonographer you don't want to know when you go in so they won't look at those bits.

soupdragon

I should have been clearer. I find it so much more exciting. Both when I am expecting and when others are.

I don't believe in finding out.

It's totally your decision! Don't let your mum (or anyone else) try and make that decision for you.

There is no right or wrong in this, just personal preference.

I've chosen not to find out, but I totally respect people who do - both my sisters found out, my bil found out... it was lovely knowing what flavour baby they were having - and in the case of one of my sisters we even knew his name and were able to use it when "speaking" to him!

Like I say, your business. Nobody else's!
