I cried because I couldn't finish the washing up. Proper, snotty, worked up tears over how useless I obviously am.

I am 11/12 weeks pregnant with DC2 (I swear I wasnt this bad with DD!!!) and feeling absolutely vile.

So tell me, why have you cried today?

On Friday I cried because I saw a cute dog

OMGBabyNo3 · 21/06/2015 22:25

Watched Surprise Surprise-it was a given I'd cry really. 25 weeks here

Ladypug · 21/06/2015 22:33

I cried because my neighbours are horrid and never take their rubbish out!

60sname · 21/06/2015 22:42

Watching an old episode of OBEM - but this always set me off pre-pg too

Tia2005 · 21/06/2015 22:43

I cried for no reason!!

Gillian1980 · 22/06/2015 00:35

Cried because I took exception to DHs tone of voice.

sarkymare · 22/06/2015 00:58

I cried at the ending of the film bolt today. The very same ending I must have seen oooh at least 9995477652000 times now thanks to DS and I haven't so much as sniffled at it before.

23 weeks with DC2.

misssmilla1 · 22/06/2015 01:13

Because I didn't want to go to the inlaws for fathers day lunch as I couldn't face the drive; because I felt sorry for myself, because my maternity clothes are getting tight, and there's still 13 weeks to go; because the shop only had raspberry and not blueberry scones. Granted none of them was full on crying, but each warranted 'woe is me' sniveling Blush

MrsLovell · 22/06/2015 09:10

The nationwide advert, with the scarf.

DulcetMoans · 22/06/2015 10:33

I cried when I stood on a snail.

I cried when DH implied I broke the Hoover.

(Ok, they weren't today but the have been over the past few weeks!)

OldBloodCallsToOldBlood · 22/06/2015 11:44

I cried because:

DH bought me a pack of Chewits as a surprise and I was overwhelmed by his kindness.

My cat loves me and gave me a hug. This went on for a while as then I started telling him I'm so grateful for him and listed all the horrible times he's been there for me. Then I apologised for all the things that have upset him.

I realised I'd finished watching all the tv shows I was excited about and have no other new shows to look forward to.

A friend quoted the saddest part of one of my favourite books on Facebook.

I got overwhelmed by feelings and started crying because I had all these feelings and then carried on crying because I was being silly for crying over having feelings.

Those are all just from this morning. 22 weeks with DC2 and I have never been so emotional in my entire life.

CalypsoLilt · 22/06/2015 12:16

I cried when I went to my friends house for dinner and she had mint choc chip icecream

duckbilled · 22/06/2015 12:19

I cried because the chicken i bought is too big to fit in my slow cooker Confused

whohasnickedmyvodka · 22/06/2015 12:25

I have cried this morning because I need French fancys and I don't have any and I can't get to the shops 13+4

MelB2014 · 22/06/2015 12:32

I cried this weekend because I have one week left of a professional course and a 10,000 word assignment to finish and my baby brain is making it really hard!

I'm 24w4d and haven't been too bad recently. In my first trimester I watched some of the Crufts coverage on TV and cried because a dog won a prize and it looked happy...

I couldn't watch anything actually tearjerking at all!

Sunshineleaves31 · 22/06/2015 12:40

I cried watching an episode of the new Clangers as everything is happy on Clanger world and that is a nice thought!

tinyme135 · 22/06/2015 12:41

I cried because work was stressing me out and I'm getting big and my button on my trousers popped off. Oh and I cried because my OH found it funny :'( x

ollieplimsoles · 22/06/2015 12:47

23 weeks today here!

I cried because my sister went away....on her honeymoon.
I cried when she came back too.

If I feel like I NEED a cry- I watch this video, it always sets me off, but in a happy way, and I feel really close to my baby and DH afterwards!

reallywittyname · 22/06/2015 13:14

Because the baby turtles hatched and straight away had to face a perilous journey across the beach to the sea without any help or any mummy to see them safe and not all of them make it.

LazyRohazy · 22/06/2015 13:31

MrsLovell Me too! That scarf advert is precisely the thing I came on this thread to say. I've seen it twice in the last couple of days and both times it got me. I'm not even 5 weeks...!

SredniVashtarr · 22/06/2015 16:47

Last pregnancy I cried because my fish cake was so tasty.

tootsroots · 22/06/2015 16:56

The sad Yulin dog meat festival. Sobbing at my screen reading it.

And the choc cookie i just ate was too dry, eyes welled up in disappointment.

Excitingtimesahead · 22/06/2015 17:04

It was my last day at work, despite letting people know.

No effort was made by anyone, no goodbyes or good lucks.

Feeling very lonely and unappreciated it what I do
