I cried because I couldn't finish the washing up. Proper, snotty, worked up tears over how useless I obviously am.

I am 11/12 weeks pregnant with DC2 (I swear I wasnt this bad with DD!!!) and feeling absolutely vile.

So tell me, why have you cried today?

Unmumsetty hugs!

UpNorth74 · 22/06/2015 17:49

I cried because I lost a card game. Then I won lots and felt guilty about being unreasonable and was once again overwhelmed.

Oh, and the Scarf advert !

Excitingtimesahead · 22/06/2015 18:18

Tootsroots, I've been there 10years. Yes unfortunately going back nxt June, will need to work for 3 months before I can leave. Or need to pay all mat pay back.

May look for another job Hmm

Excitingtimesahead · 22/06/2015 18:18

Merlin333 · 22/06/2015 18:44

I cried cos tesco car park was too busy!!! X

DXBMermaid · 22/06/2015 18:56

I cried because the packing guy had placed my eggs upside down in the bag (they didn't break so all I needed to do was turn them right side up).

I howled at a funeral. Didn't know the deceased that well, she was my Grandmother's cousin and died peacefully at 81, but I just couldn't get a grip.

I cried at the airport when my parents said goodbye to my DD. I never cry at airports anymore as our goodbyes (or rather, see you soons) are so frequent.

I also cried copious tears when the bride and groom entered at our friends wedding. They are Palestinian and were accompanied by a bagpipe, drums and lots of sining and clapping. It was a very happy moment apart from my tears.

I cried in Ikea when I thought someone stole my empty trolley.

ARV1981 · 22/06/2015 21:40

Because I couldn't find my swimming costume so missed my pregnancy aquafit class Sad found costume in dh's t-shirt drawer . Greer.

plonkie · 22/06/2015 21:48

I cried because I sniffed my OH's white russian cocktail and it was the most amazing smell ever, and I can't have any of it. Actual tears. It's making me sad now just thinking about it :-(

Gillian1980 · 22/06/2015 21:56

I was nasty to my DH for no reason other than I'm a horrid hormonal cow. Then I felt bad and sobbed hysterically for about an hour with him trying to console me.

BumpAndGrind · 22/06/2015 23:34

I can help with the scarf advert.

There is a bit in the advert where the guy is on the phone shaking his head. He was obviously ringing the bus company to see if it was handed it in.

But it wasn't, the silly natwest lady just took it, so she could feel nice when giving it back and get all the glory. She didn't care that the man might not be on social media or that her shared count could have been an epic fail.

She was bloody lucky his wife saw it. bloody lucky

dillydollydarling · 22/06/2015 23:43

I almost cried earlier cos I made OHs coffee in his thermos wrong. In all fairness, he gave me the wrong instructions but I felt terrible. And then I nearly cried cos he said his tasted fine but mine needed more sugar and we were in the middle of a field!

whatsoever · 23/06/2015 00:04

Two welling up incidents. Firstly when DS was being constantly low level naughty while I was trying to get him ready to go out & morning sickness meant I felt too vommy to chase him around.

Secondly when he asked me to explain Do You Wanna Build A Snowman from Frozen and I got sad thinking about Elsa's banishment to her room & Anna missing her. Pretty ashamed of the latter one!

ScorpioMermaid · 23/06/2015 01:03

I watched cheaper by the dozen earlier and bawled cried when the dad finds his son on the train after he ran away.

and now I'm awake and sad and can't sleep as my midwife had to book me in for a scan as she thinks baby is either oblique or breech the thought of possibly having baby turned is making me feel ill. I think I'll opt for a csection. im 37 weeks now though it's all going to happen quickly I presume.

Flambola · 23/06/2015 01:16

Mine is horrible. On Thursday it will be 6 months since my son was stillborn. Instead of looking after a little baby I'm 5 months pregnant with number 2 and wondering whether everything will go wrong.

ARV1981 · 23/06/2015 04:14

Flowers for flambola.

My identical twin sister had a stillbirth, and it's the worst thing ever. I'm now terrified the same will happen to me (we're genetically the same, so although it never happened to me, it scares me as there was no reason identified for hers, so it could have been genetic but we don't know for sure). I can only imagine the pain of actually going through it (losing a much beloved niece was painful enough).

I wish there was something I could say to take your fears away, but I know you won't feel safe until your beautiful baby is in your arms.

Are you like me, counting down each day, and desperately trying to feel each kick? My husband gets cross with me because if I haven't felt baby move I'll try to wake it up... I know it's wrong, but I just need to know it's safe in there.

Are you getting extra reassurance scans? I have on this afternoon, which has kept me going for the last week and a bit - knowing I'll see my baby. X

I cried when I heard my best mate from school's first single today. It's beautiful. He played the same song at my wedding when we were signing the register.

Hophop987 · 23/06/2015 06:16

Donnakim · 23/06/2015 13:33

I cried after seeing the article about the cat hiding in the aeroplane wing on my Facebook feed. I didn't watch the video, couldn't bring myself to do it, just kept thinking how terrified the poor thing must have been. Confused

15+4 today!

JenEm · 23/06/2015 14:13

I cried at school sports day when they played the music from chariots of fire Smile

scarednoob · 23/06/2015 14:21

I cried because I ordered a treat pizza from dominos with the nice extra thin base and half-fat cheese. then realised they use GM grains for the base and they wouldn't change it. sobbed beyond any rationality whatsoever until my OH chucked it out on arrival and ordered me an identical one on a non GM base.

Stinkersmum · 23/06/2015 18:53

Listened to Carol King's 'So Far Away' and cried like a baby - but I do live abroad and miss my family very much so felt it was justified and not just pregnancy hormones/self pity

LoveLetters · 23/06/2015 20:26

Was sick so many times today I just cried

pinkie87 · 24/06/2015 08:30
