Hey folks

TakesTwoToTango · 19/05/2015 21:56

Yes, three times.

LorryHen · 19/05/2015 21:58

Yes :)

YouMakeMyHeartSmile · 19/05/2015 21:58

No. Convinced boy both times, 2 girls.

mamalovebird · 19/05/2015 21:59

Yes, with both my ds & dd.

Thurlow · 19/05/2015 21:59

Yes. Just knew it was a girl, and it (she!) was.

OhHolyFuck · 19/05/2015 22:00

I was with ds1, wasn't sure about ds2 and not sure about this one either although had a very vivid dream the other night about blue balloons so maybe it's trying to tell me it's ds3!

RoganJosh · 19/05/2015 22:00

I was certain each time and wrong all three times.

rootypig · 19/05/2015 22:01

Nah, I thought boy - most people do. Someone did a piece of work on it, let me see if I can find it. It argues that in our culture male is considered default, female exception.

Cric · 19/05/2015 22:01

Nope!! And I was convinced!

Roomba · 19/05/2015 22:03

No first time - was sure DS was a girl.

Yes second time - never ever considered for a second that DS2 would be a girl.

SeekingTheSun15 · 19/05/2015 22:03

With 3 of the 4 yes, very strong feeling of knowing. With dc2, I didn't have a clue.

SycamoreMum · 19/05/2015 22:04

Yep. I kept saying 'she' rather than he/it/baby. The scanner lady laughed at my 20 week scan when I said I know its a girl and boom! Grin

S2b16 · 19/05/2015 22:04

First baby, I didn't have a feeling at all-she was girl
Second baby I was sure was a boy on basis preg was so different-she was a girl
This baby I had a bet with dh that it was a girl as I was so sick, craving sweet things, Chinese prediction said girl-3 scans have said he's a boy......Yep I'm pants at guessing lol

MrsGentlyBenevolent · 19/05/2015 22:06

I'm convinced I'm having a boy, only because I've been reading too many old wives tales. Hopefully find out tomorrow, priority is making sure everything is ok, then hope baby will be an exhibitionist!

Gillian1980 · 19/05/2015 22:08

Yep.
Convinced from the second I found out I was pregnant that she was a girl. And this was despite me spending 35 years saying I'd like my first child to be a boy!

Of course I don't mind at all - I'm absolutely thrilled :)

JoanJettPack · 19/05/2015 22:09

Yes, with all three. All were boys and although I carried then all differently, I just knew :)

applecore0317 · 19/05/2015 22:22

We were convinced it was a boy, and we found out at a 17 week private scan that we are having a girl. Hope they were right, my family have gone shopping mad... Only one week till my due date :)

Frolicacid · 19/05/2015 22:39

Yes! I always 'knew' we'd have a boy, even before I was pregnant.

Poppytime · 19/05/2015 22:51

Wasn't sure with my first but with this one I thought it was a boy (no reason why really!) and just found out I was right!

DramaAlpaca · 19/05/2015 22:54

Wrong all three times.

badg3r · 19/05/2015 23:03

I was sure DS was a boy as soon as I found it I was pregnant... so convinced I went round telling everyone it was a boy. We didn't find out for sure till he was born. Good job I got it right or I would have looked a bit silly telling everyone our "boy" was a daughter Wink

Hophop987 · 20/05/2015 00:26

First time was convinced DD was a boy,so was wrong.
This time I'm convinced it's a boy again, will find out in couple months time if right this timeGrin

HotSteppa · 20/05/2015 00:57

Right both times.

littleostrich · 20/05/2015 04:48

I never had any preference but as soon as I found out I was pregnant I had a really strong instinct that I was carrying a girl - I felt like I "just knew". On top of that, all of the old wives' tales for gender prediction suggested I was having a girl, and my interpretation of 'skull theory' pointed to a girl too (no nub visible)...

All wrong, we had a boy!

TropicalHorse · 20/05/2015 04:51

Nope!
