Just found out I'm pregnant last week So I'm now 5-6 weeks. Been having mild, period type cramps ever since then which I understand is fairly normal. Also been feelig bloated and tender around my stomach like I've got an inflatable ball inside me under my ribs. Also feeling a bit faint and light headed. Is all of this normal? How long will this last? Should I check with the doctor? (No bleeding or anything).

Aw thankyou.. I know everyone is different. I just totally expected the whole sickness head he's fatigue straight away.

What do you think about the odd test though, Maybe it just could be a faulty one. I've only asked as I've heard if a test is pos then fades away it could mean you "were" pregnant.

I'm so sorry.
I am so annoying with questions.
I've never been so curious in my life. Xx

Occasional abdominal discomfort is a common pregnancy complaint, but it can also be a sign of a serious problem. Severe or persistent abdominal pain during pregnancy is never normal. The point when one experiences abdominal pain or cramping along with spotting, bleeding, fever, chills, vaginal discharge, and faintness, is when the doctor must be visited. Symptoms such as discomfort while urinating, nausea, and vomiting, or the pain not subsiding after several minutes of rest, also require a doctor's exam.

I found several other causes of this pain in this article - www.steadyhealth.com/articles/abdominal-pain-during-pregnancy-causes-treatments Hope it will help someone.

Im in early stages of pregnancy and now i have the tummy ache, all pregnant women dread. There is no point in visting the early pregnency department for an early scan (in my opinion) as there is nothing they can do apart from falsely reaassure you. Ive had 3 miscrarriages. All i can say is hope for the best and expect the worst. What will be will be.

Hi everyone, I found out I was pregnant last week so am now just over 5 weeks pregnant. I have had a burning type feeling/ pulling feeling at times in my lower abdomen the last couple of days and am really worried as I had a miscarriage earlier on in the year. It doesn’t hurt/sting when I go to the toilet it’s just purely like a warm funny feeling low down. Has anyone else had symptoms like these?
