cost of scan pics?

I'm sure the answer will be in here somewhere, but I can't find it.

Soooo, how much do the photos cost? I'm sure it varies in region/hospital - I'll be going to Harrogate.

£5 here, however we stupidly forgot change and the sonographer not only gave them to us free but also gave us 8 instead of 2

Could be cheeky and say you work in the hospital you you might get some free I got loads free as I work in the labs but they would never know if you worked there or not

Pregnant with third and with each pregnancy I've had free scan pics at 12 and 20 week scans. Never heard of paying for scan pics before until I saw this thread!!

I actually don't mind paying for them I assume it all just goes back into the NHS' pot? I can't believe the prices of some though.
