Yup. 11 days officially here...

40+2 too! So impatient! Going for a walk this afternoon to see if I can get things moving. Had a few cramps but that's about it- have you had any "signs"?

40+2 here too. Sigh. Actually now the EDD has been and gone I'm relaxing a bit more.
Don't feel like it's gonna happen today.

40+6 here. I always thought it would late though. Now if I could just stop all the well-meaning texts/FB messages.......

No signs really here. Had loads of things in week 35-6 then zilch! Only things are ridiculous pressure and going to the toilet a lot but that's been going for weeks now. Was hoping I'd go today because I've been very emotional the last day or so but nothing seems to be moving grr!

Wha was everyone's first sign of labour last time if you have previous dcs? Mine was the show... Waiting for it every time I wipe haha!

Kind of scared of making it past week 41 as have a homebirth planned!

im 39 weeks and so fed up of pregnancy now! My good friend with same due date just gave birth two days ago so feeling very envious! as cannot wait to meet my little man too! first one! what can we do to hurry things along?! x

I'm 40 weeks today and appear to be disappointing everyone by not birthing a Star Wars baby I'm actually feeling ok though, so not wishing it out just yet. No twinges or signs at all, I had a show with DC1 so am also on alert at every toilet trip!

40 weeks today! Bank holiday baby tomorrow would be nice. Sex twice in 24 hours is supposed to kick things off rosie2011..

I feel so ill today. Just so tired and out of it I've been on the couch all day. DH took DS out so I could be a whale. I really hope its a sign of something positive... Blergh

41+1 here, no signs and starting to panic about possibility of induction

40+4 here :( also panicking as have a home birth planned. I do NOT want an induction. This is dc 3, my other 2 were born at 39 weeks!!

I feel crap and tearful and harassed. People keep calling me all the fecking time and the anticipation is terrifying me. GAHHHHHH.

41+4. Pretty resigned to induction on Tuesday as baby/body showing no signs of making a move! At least tomorrow is sunny and a holiday, so should be able to have a nice day and get outside a bit rather than be cooped up dwelling on it!

Every bloody night I get period pains and contractions that turn into nothing. I can't sleep. I can't lie down (spd) and I'm so bloody impatient.
Babies seem to be popping out everywhere but mine isn't.

Hi everyone :) just hit due date today! Anyone feeling those twinges today? Hope all you mummies are feeling well and trying to relax! I was 5 days early with my first and he was 8'2 so I'm hoping extra baking doesn't mean extra size this time lol!

Hi everyone - I'm 40+2 today. Due date on Sunday felt like Christmas Day without the presents! It's been this distant goal in my calendar for soooo long and I never thought the day would come. Now it has and... nothing! I'm not super uncomfortable or fed up, just impatient to meet her and get the birth bit out of the way.

Aside from a few period-like pains on and off for about a week I've had no signs she's thinking of making an appearance. I'm a bit worried about having to have an induction and considering trying acupuncture next week if still nothing, even though I've never had it / don't know if I believe it can make a difference...

Same dobe loads of other babies popping out!

Had a 3mo baby cuddling me yesterday and... Nothing. Ridiculous pressure and I looke like my bump has been glued on now it's protruding so much. COME OUT BABY!

yoruba do you plan on expectant management if you get to 42 weeks?i do though I think I will probably take a sweep by that point I will be so desperate to unload ha!

Trying to keep my mind off it today with retail therapy... Going to ikea with ds for meatballs. Hoping walking around the warehouse bit with him will start something!

40+2 today and nothing doing! Not a single twinge and the mucus check every toilet trip has found no joy! DS was up and down last night several times for 'I need a cuddle' and my MiL thinks his spidey senses mean it's imminent. I am not so confident

Hope there are some babies soon!

So +4 today and having coming and going cramps all night plus a bit of a show. Crossing everything (apart from legs) that this means something is happening! Hope the same for you ladies too

Tightenings every 5-15 mins for the last three hours. Trying not to get too excited. Well probs got to bed and it will be nothing !
