Bump size

Is anyone else out there getting fed up with all and sundry having an opinion on the size of bump? I am 33 wks pg with #2 and it really is getting me down. Bizarrely, it seems to be mostly women (including mothers) - although my male neighbour topped all recent comments - saying I looked well - just a little "plump". You would never say this to a person who was overweight so why does this change for pg ladies???
Just wish I was able to reply with a witty retort.

I was at checkout and three women turned around looked at bump and said "ooo look at that, its all on one side, see"

Then one said "what are you having?" and not quick enough to chirp "a baby" I said " a boy"

"ooooo" they all said, "boys are hard work send it back" Then "when is it due?" and I said "5 weeks" (I am big for dates) and they all said "ooo your not big are you, hes going to be small"

went home and cried.

Is anyone else fed up of people's opinions of the size of your bump? Some people look at me and say my bump is very small and neat for my due date, others look at you, draw in breath and say you've got ages to go yet, you'll be huge. I can't help the size of my bump!

I loved being told I was massive!

Meant I was growing a fine big healthy baby or two even :)

I measured my 'bump' the morning I had the twins. It was 124cm and I'm only 159cm tall.
