Hi all again. I posted this morning about having a bit of a bloody show, (I'm 38+3) and since then, and rather a hectic day later, I have lost my mucus plug.. Does this mean labour is around the corner??? I do hope so!

(I do not want any tales of mucus plugs being lost and then having to be induced at 42 weeks Grin)

Was back home by 4am. Contractions hotting up a bit now.

I haven't managed any bloody sleep really Sad

Ds is jumping all over me as dp is freshening himself up in the shower! Might try get some more shut eye... but doubtful as contractions are about 3/4 mins apart. Bath a good idea? Active labour was only 1hr 32min with ds so I'm scared to leave ringing mat block too long!

Mumof3xx · 18/01/2014 06:48

Can't you go in now if 3-4 mins apart?

LST · 18/01/2014 06:58

They said they had to be like that an hour. I think it's been about 40 mins. I'm going ring at 7.15..

I'm nervous!

How far away is your hospital? I'm just thinking with your first labor having been so short!

Butterytoast · 18/01/2014 07:12

Good luck!!!

rachyconks · 18/01/2014 07:13

This is exactly how my labour started. Good luck, hopefully you'll be cuddly your LO soon!

LST · 18/01/2014 07:20

Only 5 mins away. I'm going as soon as I've found the energy get dressed!

Completely painless between contractions. When I was induced last time it was constant. My ds is only just 2 and he's holding my hand and breathing with me bless him!

Feeling slightly envious of ladies about to have newborn cuddles

Seems so long ago for me although was only 9 months ago
