How long did it take you?

I'm a TTCer and wondering what the average stats are on MN. How old are you and how long/how many cycles did it take for your BFP?

I'm 30, TTC DC#2, cycle 6 and bloody impatient!

First go for DD when I was 36.
First go again for this one-at 13 weeks now and am 40.
Very surprised so quick both times!!

DD- 19 months when I was 21

We started TTC again this month and have just got a BFP, so 1 cycle. Very surprised considering how long it took with DD.

We are 23 and 30.

I'm 42.

Dd1 - pregnant on first cycle, I was 28
Ds - 2 cycles, I was 30
Dd2 - got pregnant by accident on the mirena coil, I was 31

No idea what the numbers n that mean but me and hubby decided new year 12' to try,got caught 15th jan,currently 34 wks,due oct 19th with the sex we wanted too. Yes I know how lucky we are,good luck to u all trying xxx

DC1, Im 34 hubby is 35. 2nd cycle. currently 10 weeks. Very exited!

Dd1 - 1st time
Pg2 - 1st time - mc
Pg3 - 3rd time - mc
Pg4 - 2nd time - mc
Pg5 - 2nd time. 32 wks

I started ttc at age 36 am now 44. Seem to get pg quickly but have old eggs!

DD - 1st cycle - age 36

We're one and done so no other stats.

We started trying 1st cycle after we got married. Before that I charted for 6 months so I had a very clear idea of when we needed to DTD. I ate pineapple by the ton, used Pre-Seed and went for a 10 day marathon of DTD.

I have always had clockwork cycles and the women in my family in my extended family seem to get pregnant just by thinking about it so I reckoned my chances of conceiving quickly were pretty high.

I felt awful for my cousin's poor wife who took 3 years to get pregnant via IVF when so many of the rest of us were having multiple babies in the time. Must have been heart-breaking for her.

DS: accidental, just come off pill and using a condom, age 24
DC2 (23 weeks) first cycle, age 28.

I come from a professional, middle class family full of unplanned members! It's a running joke.

Pg1 - 1st cycle (28) - DDs 1 & 2
Pg2 - 1st cycle (29) - mc
Pg3 - 12th cycle (31) - DS1
Pg4 - 2nd cycle (33) - currently 32 weeks pg with DD3

Obviously have difficulty conceiving boys, had fertility testing whilst trying to have the baby that turned out to be DS1. But didn't seem to have any troubles with DD3

Dc1, I was 19 and not planned but I think I conceived on the first cycle after my pill failed.

Dc2 I was 21, conceived on second cycle.

Dc3 25, second cycle again.

We have been incredibly lucky.
