I have always out right wanted a girl. But when I actually picture my baby I picture a little boy. I've even lately dreamed of when my baby is born and it was a boy. Is gut feeling normally right. I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby I'm only 7 weeks so I've got a long way to go lol

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
perplexedpirate · 28/08/2013 19:21

Yes. I was wrong!

DaleyBump · 28/08/2013 19:22

Yup, I was sure he was a boy. I was right :)

Wishfulmakeupping · 28/08/2013 19:25

I knew I was having a girl and was right :)

flossy101 · 28/08/2013 19:25

Yes, I was positive I would have a boy and I did Grin had a 50/50 chance of being right tho!

NapaCab · 28/08/2013 19:28

Had a gut feeling I was having a boy and I was right. I just felt he was a boy and kept talking about 'he' even though I tried to be gender neutral and didn't find out for sure until 20 weeks.

Jemimapuddleduk · 28/08/2013 19:31

I had a very strong gut feeling for a boy and was wrong! I had even bought boy baby grows in as I was so convinced.

Badvoc · 28/08/2013 19:31

I dreamt about having a boy twice.
Had a boy..twice :)

Pachacuti · 28/08/2013 19:31

Three children, gut feeling wrong twice and right once. So my hit rate isn't great.

Norfolknway · 28/08/2013 19:31

I thought DD was a boy Confused
I think boy this time, too. So, probably a girl!

I honestly couldn't care less what the sex is, it's fun guessing though Grin

Norfolknway · 28/08/2013 19:32

Oh, I'm well educated too! Ha!

princesscupcakemummyb · 28/08/2013 19:36

Sarahmains40 im expecting dc3 ive had 2 female pregnancys this time from the early weeks i knew that this pregnancy was very diffrent i thought right away its going to be a boy and you know what i was right it is a boy lol im now 30+4 been confirmed at the 20 week scan its defo a boy Grin

Excited2meetmyprincess · 28/08/2013 19:38

Yep I was convinced it was a girl and it is :-) x

Thingymajigs · 28/08/2013 19:43

With dc2 I was convinced it was a girl. Bump and baby was much smaller than with ds1. Baby was more gentle with kicks and quite still compared to my first. I couldn't believe it when they said it was a boy.
I'm now 17 weeks with dc3 and I just know this is a boy. I just feel it and I had a dream last night that the scan revealed a boy. However, I thought I knew last time.

beginnings · 28/08/2013 19:50

Convinced DD was a boy! No clue with this one but less than a month til I find out!

SadPander · 28/08/2013 20:32

23 weeks with my first, was convinced it was a boy, just always thought of him that way - and he is. I had a 50/50 chance though to be fair so I'm not kidding myself that it was intuition. Now if I get the date right then that will be a bit more impressive! Hope you get what you want

neversleepagain · 28/08/2013 20:37

My gut feeling was that I was having two boys, it was such a strong feeling. My twin GIRLS are asleep upstairs Grin

Thesimplethings · 28/08/2013 20:38

With my first I knew he was a boy as soon as I poas.

My second I knew he was a boy...but I convinced myself he would be a girl. Even when I had an emergency scan at 18 weeks and told me he was a boy I didn't believe them Grin then I had my routine 20 weeks scan and saw for myself he was a boy...I was over the moon.

Gender doesn't matter (but I'm pleased I had two boys with a 16 month age gap as they are best buddies)

Thesimplethings · 28/08/2013 20:41

By the way if I had another I'd love another boy, even tho I secretly hanker after a girl to do shopping trips, nights out etc when they are grown up. And the whole mil thing fills me with dread!

onlysettleforbutterflies · 28/08/2013 20:47

I dreamt at about 9 weeks it was a boy and was then convinced from that point onwards, it was confirmed at the 20w scan.

ElleCloughie · 28/08/2013 20:50

I was sure I was having a boy, but three scans have told us otherwise! My mum was convinced little one was a girl, and she turned out to be right. Still, 50% chance of being right either way!

MousyMouse · 28/08/2013 20:50

yes.
but I was wrong.
both times :o

extracrunchy · 28/08/2013 20:51

Yes but I was RIGHT both times Grin

TheFalconsmistress · 28/08/2013 20:57

Yes both times I have just knew from 9 Weeks I was right both times Smile

BadRoly · 28/08/2013 21:04

Yes, thought dd1 was a boy then thought ds1 was a girl Grin

WhispersOfWickedness · 28/08/2013 21:05

I was right 50% of the time Grin
