Right then! Come here if you are 4-12 weeks and can't stop fretting. Didn't think anything could be worse than the 2WW? Think again!

Miss you girls :(

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/08/2013 09:33

Twinks! Pull up a pew!

twinklestar2 · 08/08/2013 09:36

I'm ambling around a few threads at the money, not sure where I belong. And probably feeling a little sorry for myself hey!!

twinklestar2 · 08/08/2013 09:37

At the moment not at the money!

Damn you auto carrot Grin

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/08/2013 09:41

Oh Twinks. Auto carrot Grin

Stay wherever you feel comfy. You can always talk to us!

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 10:55

Hazel is 103 at a guess. She certainly smells older that a nonagenarian. Turns out she's the nan of th'usband's best mate at work Hmm

Twinks, stick around here if you fancy. You're in limboland and you're entitled to feel rubbish.

I'm off to catch a bus to the even-naicer village a few miles away where there is a posh chocolate shop where everything is hand-made. I've got about a fiver to spend so that should get me about six chocolates. I want white chocolate filled with strawberry mousse, summat hazlenutty and some slaggy caramel ones.

Then I'll hop back on the bus home and worry about tomorrow's scan until th'usband comes homes and tells me off sternly. It's red wine chicken casserole and herby dumplings for tea, minus the red wine.

Oh that sounds a delightful dinner Howdoyousolveaproblemlikepramela. If you cook the wine the alcohol disappears. I love wine in food.

Your chocolates sound lovely. Though at the moment I only like bountys. All other chocolate make me feel worse!

Poor very old Hazel. Does she talk about the war?

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 11:12

She talks about her daughter's meningitis scare, the price of bus fares for her granddaughter and whether or not I would like another cup of tea

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 11:20

...her daughter, I assume, is about seventy-eight Hmm

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 13:27

Pramdrewlloydwebber almost made me faint with delight. You are truly the maestro of disambiguation, Marbie Smile

So...I went on my trip and, whilst stood slavering in the chocolate shop, I suddenly remembered my working-class roots and realised the sheer absurdity of spending five quid on six chocolates. Instead I ambled around the pretty shops until I arrived upon the sister shop of the one I worked in yesterday. Guess who was manning the shop floor? Yep...Hazel. I couldn't bastard believe it. She yakked at me for ages, demanding to know how much the bus had cost me to get here and whether I'd like a cup of tea (I didn't; I desperately needed a shit).

I managed to escape her relentless questions and found myself outside a travel agents with an old man called Bill who talked at me for twenty minutes about his holiday to Turkey and his retirement from Michelin. I then had to run for my bus, whereupon I bumped into...yes, you've guessed it..Hazel. She was travelling back to my village to do yet another shift at the hospice shop there. Luckily I managed to suss out her official shifts so I can avoid her there Smile

Prammy I actually have tears I my eyes from that. Bloody hilarious Grin

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 16:52

Nausea's back. Bleurgh.

MotorcycleMama · 08/08/2013 17:21

Scan tomorrow pram? You must be about 10 weeks now aren't you? Can't wait to hear how your little one has developed.
I am so bloated at the moment - I wore a close fitting dress today and had to keep my arms strategically placed whenever I was standing up talking to anyone to hide it. I know it is bloat, not baby, but I look about 4 months pregnant. Still a bit of brown sludge, but I won't worry unless it turns red. Counting the days until next scan on 21st August. I wish I could have them weekly.

bouncingbelle · 08/08/2013 17:49

Hi, unfortunately my hcg levels have fell to 45Hmm expected to miscarry soon. Oh well, it was an amazing experience to even be pregnant for a little while x

NookNook · 08/08/2013 18:09

Belle I am so sorry to hear that. What massive blow. Please let us know how you get on tomorrow. X

PramQueen1971 · 08/08/2013 18:11

Oh, Belle, I'm so sorry Sad

Motor, I'm 10+3 tomorrow and, boy! has this nausea returned Envy

NookNook · 08/08/2013 18:11

Motor sludge really is the way forward. And it might not be pleasant for you but knowing your midwife isn't worried has totally helped me! Grin

AFM sludge has stopped and cramps are only minor. I am still petrified that something has gone wrong but will hold it together until Tuesday...

Having weird 'pinching' very low down today, nothing I have experienced before. New stuff is unsettling, no? Hmm
