Saggy I had awful trapped wind a few days ago, I lay on the bed on my knees - head on the mattress, bum in the air, and it found its way free pretty quickly Blush the things I admit on an anonymous forum worry me so maybe worth a try?

GardenWorm · 11/08/2013 08:42

Thanks Rainbow, I will definitely look up that book. Saggy I kind of agree but honestly if I declined it would cause massive 'family' problems! Also, I am a bit hypocritical myself I suppose, I won't get married in a church or have my children christened BUT I do celebrate Christmas! Each to their own I suppose?!

GardenWorm · 11/08/2013 08:43

Rockchick that made me chuckle!

qazxc · 11/08/2013 09:11

That's a goodbye from me folks, started bleeding this morning Sad

Rockchick1984 · 11/08/2013 09:30

Ou rainbow I love that book idea! Just looked it up. I'm going to be a Godparent in a few weeks for 2 little boys and have got them a fables book, Just So stories and a silver engraved torch. That book will be for Christmas I think now! :)

Thundercatsarego · 11/08/2013 10:46

So sorry qaz, that is heartbreaking. Really hope it's not the worst. Thinking of you and kat at your scans tomorrow.

RainbowConnections · 11/08/2013 13:36

Oh qaz and kat. So sorry. Thats really rubbish.
I hope you get some clarity tomorrow at your scan kat. Still keeping everything crossed for good news. Will be thinking of you.
Sending hugs to you both.
xx

Pixielady83 · 11/08/2013 15:05

so sorry qaz and kat my thoughts are with you x

MotorcycleMama · 11/08/2013 15:06

qaz will you contact your GP or EPU? Don't suffer this without support.

kat fingers crossed for a positive scan tomorrow. Even if it is not good news, at least it is better than the anxiety of not knowing, in my opinion. I have a scan tomorrow morning due to spotting and cramping too. X

RainbowConnections · 11/08/2013 15:23

Motor hope it goes well for you too tomorrow. I'm sure this weekend has felt long.

MotorcycleMama · 11/08/2013 18:36

Thanks rainbow - I've been practicing receiving bad news and then putting it aside so that I can get on with my day at work! I hope it is good news obviously, but if it is bad, I hope I can just keep it together. Last time I went to pieces, but I feel more prepared this time.

kat sometimes it is just easier to cope with things on your own. DH has offered to go to the scan tomorrow, but I just think I might cope better with bad news on my own. I really hope all will be ok for you.

qazxc · 11/08/2013 20:25

kat good luck for tomorrow. I hope all goes well.
motor as it's sunday the gp isn't open and i know from experience the on call service will tell me to go to ED at hospital which means hanging around for hours, POAS and being told to go home. I just couldn't handle it so stayed at home with DP. I was going to go to doctors on thurs to get the pregnancy confirmed, i might still get an appointment to talk about my options with him (as it will be my 3rd miscarraige in a row). Hope you get good news.

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 11/08/2013 20:33

Im so sorry Qaz and Kat. Fingers crossed for you both. xxxx

omri · 11/08/2013 20:33

Qaz- I'm really sorry this has happened to you again. Sometimes life is full of questions. Be kind to yourself and hope you have lots of support in RL.

Kat- will be thinking of you tmrw hoping its good news. What time is your appt?

TeaAndANatter · 11/08/2013 20:54

Sorry to read of the bad news (potential) Qaz and Kat. Crossing everything.

Just joining thread after mc in June, and BFP yesterday. Feeling underwhelmed and unwilling to feel joyous, as if that'd tempt fate. Didn't expect to feel so grumpy about it.

GardenWorm · 12/08/2013 06:01

Really sorry to read your posts Q. Big hug for you.

Kat&Motor fingers crossed for your scans today. Kat not sure how many weeks you are but pg tests stop working after a certain point so I'm still hopefull for you x

Tea I think that's a standard response to bfp's after mc - damage limitation. Hope you have a very dull and uneventfull pg xx

Hope everyone else had good weekends? Smile

Any other scans this week?

pumpkinsweetie · 12/08/2013 06:44

Kat & motor goodluck with your ultrasound today.

Qaz i'm so, so sorry, i hope you are being looked afterSad xx
