Hiya. I'm 24+1 with DC1 and it's all becoming a bit real. I've also spent too much time googling every twinge in the last week or so and am in danger of deciding I've got every possible thing going....

So - for balance, can you please share your dull, boring stories of perfectly normal pregnancies? I just need a couple of lines of tedium from a few people to offset my impending hypochondria.

Many thanks

I love this thread. Thank you OP for starting it and everyone else for sharing. At week 23 with first Bebby after 2 mc, and panic should be my middle name. I am saving this thread to read every time I go near google! :)

Aww, how lovely! I have bump envy, my bumps are now 2 and 6 months!
My pregnancies were easy and so were my births, the hard bit is when they discharge you and you're on your own with a baby wrapped up like a burrito.
Best wishes all Smile

I have had 2 very normal and straightforward pregnancies and labours. In fact they were so relatively easy I am currently pregnant as a surrogate for a friend! I hope this one follows the same path.
Good luck, you will be fine

First pregnancy, no morning sickness, no symptoms really - except obviously no period :) I loved my pregnancy, and gave birth one day before my due date. I had 12 hour labour total (from when I felt light twinge to when baby arrived).

Second time, felt a,little tummy ache every day and more tired (prob bc I'm working full time and have a 17 month old to look after!). I'm 27 weeks and so far so good! Knock wood.

There r a lot of scary stories out there, but many more good ones :)

I loved being pregnant and found it wonderful. Aside from horrendous sickness in the first trimester, I loved every second.
No tiredness after 13 weeks, no discomfort, no stretch marks, no horrendous weight gain, stayed active, DS arrived 2 weeks early in a lovely 5 hour hypnobirth labour.

Just found out I'm pregnant with no. 2 yesterday - can't wait to do it all over again! (feeling pretty sick already though so not looking forward to this part!)

Don't tell DH as DS2 is only 12 wks & have just had coil fitted, but genuinely thinking about DC3 now...
