Trapped wind please help!!!

I am in agony and think it is trapped wind as its really sore in my stomach. Do any of you know if there is anything safe that I can take for this? I am 18 weeks.
I am in so much pain and can hardly straighten up without wanting to cry so willing to try anything x

Just back from doctors and seems a waste of time going! Said its probably viral and nothing they can do. If its not better in next five days go back and see a doctor!! I mean who was it I just saw cos I could have sworn it was a doctor!!! Oh also said could be appendix cos of where the pain is but we will just have to wait and see over next few days!! Very helpful! Not!!
Sorry just so annoyed at taking time to go there praying for something to ease the pain and got sent home with relax and try not to worry!! Yeah it's easy to relax when I'm working, studying and preparing for a baby!!
Dunno what I expected but thought I would get more than a two min chat and sent away in exactly same position I was in when I got there!!

Hey sorry really odd anser but I find getting down on your hands and knees, sticking your bum up and head down and waving you're hips slowly from side to side helps, its odd but it seems to work for me :) x
