Saggy - breathe, hun, breathe! Have a cuppa, sit down or do something that relaxes you, like watch your favourite film or read your favourite book.
We will all have phases where we'll freak out, it's just normal after what we've been through before. Unfortunately, we won't be able to enjoy our pregnancies like someone who's never had a mc
But we have to keep believing that all will be well, otherwise we might as well give up now... Hope you feel more positive soon! Any friends you can talk to?
I found that keeping really busy helps me to take my mind off things - baking, gardening, exercise. Had some quality time with the pressure washer today, cleaning the patio. Love it
I'm still doing Weight Watchers at the moment, and I won't stop until I'm at least 12 weeks, when might defect to SW... I'm also very keen to avoid gaining so much weight again - 3st when pg with DS. But eating was the only thing that stopped the nausea.
I'm also thinking about buying a bike, for some gentle tours around the village... Not sure how it works with a bump, though. Going to the gym 3-4 times a week, doing Bodypump, which I love! Hope I can continue as long as last time (was about 7.5 months, when I stopped). I was planning to start running in September, but that's not going to happen now.
