very newly pregnant; excited, terrified,and everything in between!!

Hi. I've just found out I'm pregnant. not sure exactly when I conceived as my cycles aren't too regular and we got pg our first month ttc after pill (extremely lucky I know!!) but think I'm about 4 weeks. got my first Dr app Thursday.
just wondering if anyone else out there is at a similar point and would like to hold my hand through the journey as I'm very excited but also petrified!! this will be our first dc so have no clue what I'm doing!!

Congratulations, your first baby is so very special. How's your dh? Very excited to be a dad I expect.

Ahhh congratulations, I'm sure the baby will suprise you with a due date at your first scan, mine was 2 weeks later than I thought it would be I'm 15 weeks, so a bit further along but a first time mum same as you! I hope all goes well and you get a due date soon! :)

thanks ladies. its nice to hear from some mums to be a bit further down the road. I'm just utterly terrified of anything going wrong. I have never wanted anything in my whole life more than I want this baby!!! glad you're all doing well!! xx

Congratulations! I've just taken a test today and confirmed that I'm also pregnant - about 4 weeks so same as you, very early but VERY excited!

I've made a Doctor's appointment for Friday and will wait till then for official confirmation, hopefully(!) aswell as practical advise on what I need to be doing or start doing now.
