Hi all! Smile

Been thinking about this a lot lately. We've all experienced some niggling problem whilst being pregnant, but what would you say you have suffered the most with? Heartburn, insomnia, swollen ankles etc?

For me, it's been all of the above and more..Angry

So, come on girls, the floor's yours! Wink

Definitely indigestion, it was awful. Next I think would be the tiredness.

supergreenuk · 12/01/2013 14:45

Alopecia. With my second I got a lovely bold patch.
My boobs look like that of an 80 year old.

Reebok · 12/01/2013 14:47

The nausea and vomiting...I have HG and have felt like death most of the time so far.

KelleStar · 12/01/2013 14:56

Last time it was agonising SPD and being signed off from work at 26 weeks.

This time the nausea and vomiting from before I found out to 23 weeks has been the worst so far.

Hamnvik · 12/01/2013 15:51

Sore hips and legs. My calf muscles are rock hard all the time, I'd heard of cramp as a symptom but not like this!

CareerGirl01 · 12/01/2013 16:15

Morning sickness and heartburn and indigestion all at the same from weeks 6-19. On meds for the heartburn and feel sooo much better.

Rowan1204 · 12/01/2013 16:22

With my first it was heartburn. This time round with twins it has most definitely been the sickness! Im sure backache will be a close second in a month or so though!

nicki1978 · 12/01/2013 16:26

For me it was my fingers and part of my left hand going numb.

Msbluesky32 · 12/01/2013 16:26

Morning sickness that lasted from the moment I woke up until the time I went to bed for four months. Then SPD. Both (crosses fingers) have now gone. I actually found the heightened emotions harder than than both those physical things though tbh

Dolallytats · 12/01/2013 16:27

The insomnia. I am shattered, but lay awake for hours every night. I'm seriously starting to wonder if you can die from lack of sleep!!

Dogsmom · 12/01/2013 17:12

In the early days it was nausea but now at 32 weeks it's breathlessness.

Rhienne · 12/01/2013 17:20

The exhaustion. Which causes nausea and is not helped by the constant sickness. Sneeze three kilometres away and I'll probably still catch it. :(

SoYo · 12/01/2013 17:36

Vomiting 4-16 weeks, heartburn 22-now, backache and the overwhelming urge to nap getting gradually worse. Also now needing help to get up when using recliner on sofa....oh the glamour!

plannedshock · 12/01/2013 17:37

ITCHING!!! Aggghhh! Driving me insane!!!!

PandaOnAPushBike · 12/01/2013 17:38

So far, the tiredness. Absolute total, to the core, exhaustion. Even though I do nothing during the day.

I still have 16 weeks to go so this may change.

StuckOnARollercoaster · 12/01/2013 17:48

having a stinking cold and not being able to take any sudafed - the snot is really getting to me at the moment!

not the worst symptom in the world but its good to be able to have a whinge!

RubyrooUK · 12/01/2013 17:52

First pregnancy, I had awful heartburn all the way through. Terrible super sensitive smell. Then I went hormonally mad at 38 weeks and told DH he couldn't leave me ever and he had to ring work to quit and stay with me (this passed by 40 weeks).

This pregnancy, it's been the nausea and vomiting blood early on. And now at 31 weeks, it's backache from being a small pregnant woman carrying a heavy, tall two year old a mile to nursery in the morning and then working a 12 hour day. But I have been able to eat spicy food non-stop.

AgathaTrunchbull · 12/01/2013 18:42

Heartburn's been pretty unpleasant, but on and off. Pelvic doom for the last three weeks has bumped itself up to top irritation! Never realised turning over in bed could be so difficult.

Nausea was awfulllll and knackered looking after my 16 month old and 4 year old. Not enough time for naps. Collapsing into bed in the evenings. Thank god, I'm past 3 months now and nausea has gone so I'm able to cope better. How in gods name do people with 16 kids do it?

worsestershiresauce · 12/01/2013 19:25

Heart burn and vomiting blood. I can even taste blood now when I lie down. It freaks me out tbh.

Doraemon · 12/01/2013 19:28

SPD and irritable uterus. Can't walk anywhere, painful Braxton Hicks all day long. On the positive side, hardly any heart burn this time round, haven't had to crack open the Rennies once.

ImKateandsoismywife · 12/01/2013 19:50

Constant nausea and heartburn for me!

TinkyPeet · 12/01/2013 19:59

I seem to be complaining about everything to everybody at the minute so I guess mine would be mood swings!!
How can a sweet little baby cause so much of a temper :/ lol x

redwellybluewelly · 12/01/2013 20:44

First time. No issues.

This time. The pain of uterus stretching, walking more than a mile requires an immediate nap afterwards, my pelvic floor has vanished, the sheer utter exhaustion and the fact I've another 22weeks to go.
