Hi I'm new to musket and feel a bit daft. I'm 28, married and a teacher so feel like I should be able to cope. I'm nearly 10 weeks and nausea is getting worse daily. I'm off today as didn't feel I could make it through the day. I'm so anxious that I haven't seen my baby ab d no one knows if it really is there ( stupid I know). I don't have anyone I can talk to so just after some reassurance really.

Hello! I'm a secondary school teacher and am 32 wks with my first. Had to leave a few lessons in the summer term to be sick so told my hod at 7 weeks, earlier than I had planned. Was thankfully off on summer hols during morning sickness time. I too have been sitting down quite a lot in lessons this term, especially after the day I had knelt down by a student's desk only to find I could'nt get back up again! Cue class rising to try to help stuck teacher off the floor. It's all good fun.
Abby- I'm sorry the gp was so negative. Mine gave me a 'we should be realistic' talk early on but, in truth, you are either pregnant or you're not. There is no such thing as 'barely pregnant'. Do try to enjoy it all as much as you can!

Hi all, just to see we went for the scan on Friday and everything is fine. It was amazing and I do now feel much happier and calmer. Hope you are all well Smile
