Right, Im getting paranoid worries that I could minutely be possibly be preggers

Have 15 week DS, 4 yr old DD and not really top on my list of priorities to reproduce again, at least not until a) my relationship is fixed b) my son is a little older

here are the facts, tell me what you think

have shagge (ahem) a total of about 5 times since the birth, the first time was about 7-8 weeks ago and used no protection, i took the MAP after 48 hours and was also breastfeeding exclusively. Since then we have used condoms except one time we took a bit of a risk.

I have had one period since the birth 15 weeks ago which was on about November 7th. I have since practically given up breastfeeding so that shouldnt be suppressing my periods anymore, especially since I had my first period whilst I was still BFing.

The only reasons I think I could be is late period, I dont have any nausea which I have had v early on both other times, I had some what I thought were PMT cramps but they were about 2 weeks ago and nothing has come!

Let me know what you think the likelihood is (sp) yes, I know I need to get a test just want to discuss first!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
MincePie · 20/12/2003 21:49

Its unlikey you are, but not impossible...you really need to do a test. If you are worrying this much this could also be delaying a period (though I think that it is probably too early to expect them to be regular yet).

Do the test becca, do it now...I need to know

snowysam · 21/12/2003 00:00

If you've only had one period, then it's likely that you are just being a bit irregular. But the only way to be sure will be to take the test...sorry!

Let us know what happens!

sobernoel · 21/12/2003 16:25

Do a test, Becca - I think I told you on your recent MAP thread that I got pregnant when dd1 was18 weeks old and I was exclusively bfing and had had only one period. We'd only done it twice...

SnowFlakeyZebra · 21/12/2003 16:57

I'm guessing 35% chance of Yes You Are.

handlemecarefully · 23/12/2003 08:25

BeccaBigBaubles · 23/12/2003 10:07

I STILL havent tested - Im SCARED

Im going to tesco today so will let you all know asap PLEASE pray for me its negative, whilst it wouldnt be a disaster and would obviously be much loved it would really be best all round if I wasnt pregnant at the moment!

Still no symptoms although I have felt sick as a dog the last couple of morning but Im putting that down to vodka consumption rather than anything else

Hogmanay · 23/12/2003 21:37

Becca, it may be the stress of your situation that is causing the delay.

Let us know the result of the test asap.

Loobie · 23/12/2003 22:55

Still no news then?

Bekki · 23/12/2003 23:05
