Sorry I had missed the bit about ttc for years. Your mum is probably trying to protect you by not raising your hopes. Unlike us. We just want to know now!

LordOfThe5Rings · 05/08/2012 18:06

Thank you :)

I got one feint and then 3 negs when AF was due, although I was pretty certain I was PG. Tested again 3 weeks later and instant BFP and a 3+ on clear blue digital :o)

So yes, it can happen, but don't live in hope, move on and if no AF in a week do another test.

Good luck :O)

BTW I recommend the clear blue fertility monitor, bit pricey, but at least gives you a guide to when you ovulate, I found I ovulate MUCH earlier than I thought and it really helped with conception.

LordOfThe5Rings · 05/08/2012 19:45

Thanks will get that! :)

Test in the morning? The levels are higher in the morning. Fingers crossed for you.

MrsHelsBels74 · 05/08/2012 19:54

I kept getting negatives until my period was a week late, am now 33 weeks pregnant. Definitely do another one tomorrow first thing & hope you get the answer you want.

LordOfThe5Rings · 05/08/2012 19:55

Hang on left it extra 5 minutes and came up with faint line, what does that mean?

OP posts:
sundaesundae · 05/08/2012 20:00

It means do another test in the morning!!!

Either an evap line or a BFP! Fingers crossed for a bfp!!!!

LordOfThe5Rings · 05/08/2012 20:06

Thanks will give that a jolly go! :)

ValiumQueen · 05/08/2012 20:06

Ooh! Do a test in the morning. What time do you usually wake? Grin fingers and toes crossed! I have never seen an evaporation line, and I have had many negative tests that I have poured over. I also have two DDs and am pg at the moment.

LordOfThe5Rings · 05/08/2012 20:13

The human body is a strange thing.

Morning! You obviously do not need to test if you do not want to, and AF may have appeared overnight. But if you do, I am here Smile
