It's twins.

Just went for 8 week scan (due to fertility treatment)

And it's twins! Two. TWO!

Christ

Am in shock

Both a good size and could see two heartbeats.

But two!

It's starting to sink in a bit but still totally gobsmacked.

EVRYTHING is going to change - suddenly having one seems like it would be a piece of cake (I know that's not true!) but two! ARGHHHHHH!

Do you have other dcs I have 4 friends with twins in my ds's year at school, they really enjoy it and just don't know different!

I have identical twins, they are 3 and a half now. Will they be your first? They were mine. Twins are bloody great - get offers of babysitting in NOW as they tend to dry up after a while!

first baby(s)! My poor DH was terrified enough at the thought of one!

Think we're going to have to move house. Currently in a first floor flat with a teeny spare room which fits a bed and no more.

Told some friends last night - we all spent the evening just laughing - not sure it's sunk in yet - once it does I am likely to be hysterical!

Big congrats!
Mine are 3.5 now.
When we found out at the 12 week scan I don't think my dh spoke for a week!
Do you know what type they are?
Also ask about the nuchal fold scan as the blood test won't work. No one told me and I only just managed to get the scan done.
