.....................instead of the little rabbit dropping efforts i'm doing at the mo

i can't wait to do a big strong hose pipe wee either instead of the dribbles i'm going for every five mins at 32 weeks

I also can't wait for a HUGE glass of wine! I've had tiny glasses but it's not enough and i've been racked with guilt afterwards, it's just not the same

Might do all three things at the same time once bubs is born lol

What can't you wait for?

feekerry · 17/02/2012 19:14

I cant wait till I can sleep on my stomach again and actually turn over in bed without having to get out of bed first or having searing pubic bone pain when I do! Only 4 ish weeks to go. Hopefully. . X

morethemerrier · 17/02/2012 19:17

feekerry I could have written your post! Grin

Bibbo · 17/02/2012 19:19

I can't wait for a pint

Happenstance · 17/02/2012 20:14

I can't wait to ceremonially burn all of my, Rennie's, Gaviscon and whatever the crazy white stuff the GP gave me was, and to feel like i haven't swallowed battery acid all the time Grin

Dozeyland · 17/02/2012 20:32

Millystar Lol SNAP.......

I also cant wait to feel like my clothes look right, now they are hugging my (neat small) bump but they sometimes fit funny!

Also can't wait to be able to paint my toenails without looking like i'm trying a karma sutra move haha

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 17/02/2012 20:46

I can't wait to be able to walk around without hobbling in the evening. It's like my hips seize up after about 6 o'clock.

justhayley · 17/02/2012 21:44

I can't wait to eat a proper portion of food without feeling like my stomach is about to explode.

I can't wait to get in and out of a car without looking crazy.

I can't wait not to feel exhausted everyday (although aware that won't happen when the baby arrives)

justhayley · 17/02/2012 21:46

Oh and can't wait to put my shoes and socks on without grunting Smile

McPhee · 17/02/2012 21:50

I can't wait to see my foof again, and be able to tidy the garden properly Wink

debka · 17/02/2012 21:53

Oh I am so so glad I'm not pregnant,

Ponyclubmum · 17/02/2012 21:59

I can't wait until I don't have to wee every hour.

I would love to sleep on my tummy again feekerry. I used to find that very comfy before I got pregnant with DS1, but I've found that the pregnancy must have changed the curve of my spine or something and I haven't been able to lie like that since - it's really painful :(. Now I'm pregnant again maybe it will change it back...

MillyStar · 17/02/2012 23:18

Oh yes amen to seeing and shaving your own foof, my poor bf has that job every week for me at the moment, he nipped me the first time he did it and I didn't speak to him for 2 days, he's a bit of an expert now lol

MiauMau · 17/02/2012 23:42

I can't wait until the swelling on my feet and hands goes away (was forced to buy new boots today, none of my shoes would fit, two sizes bigger than usual Confused)
I can't wait until people stop looking at me as if I'm about to explode (40+4).
I can't wait until the inside kicking stops and the outer begins... First baby!

VikingLady · 18/02/2012 14:15

I would love to be able to sleep on my tummy too, am currently 36w.

I would also like to be able to lace my own shoes. DH does them for me before he goes to work if I plan to go out that day. He has to take them off me again, too. Cramps across the bump if I bend down long enough to do it myself!

DH being very good about "not noticing" that I can't shave my legs or see my bikini line to deal with it. Bless him. Never thought of getting him to do it for me!

kelly2002 · 18/02/2012 15:15

I would love big glass of wine i have missed it so much only 4 weeks to go xx

RosyRosie · 18/02/2012 17:21

I'd like to be able to breathe easily, bend in the middle, lie comfortably, eat a reasonable amount, wee less than every 5 minutes, do any kind of trimming or shaving below waist level....

McPhee · 19/02/2012 07:54

I'd also like to be able to take some decongestant right now, and be able to breath out of at least one nostril Hmm

georgethecat · 19/02/2012 08:38

Pahahah milly bf foof duties. Wow, he's a keeper! I have to do mine with a selection of mirrors have resigned to the fact I will have a bizarre lady garden set up when I arrive at hospital, I'm going for earth mother look.

Seriously, breathing though. I haven't breathed properly for like 3 months.

I have found the whole experience to be likened to a taster session of morbid obesity and being very very old rolled into one.

SerenaJoy · 19/02/2012 08:56

Ohh, I feel for you all! One of the best bits of giving birth to DS 8 months ago (apart from DS himself of course) was the realisation that I was no longer pregnant, and that the pelvic pain, heartburn, breathlessness and all the other rubbish things about pregnancy just... disappeared. Just like that.

It totally happens, and it's brilliant. I promise.

winterland · 19/02/2012 09:01

Cannot WAIT to start running again. I've missed it. Even walking is a struggle now, my leg feels like it falls out the socket, and I go all collapsy. It's excruciating and embarrassing in equal measures.

That and being able to eat a normal sized meal, breath properly and to stop consuming gaviscon like its manna from heaven...

MiauMau · 19/02/2012 13:43

georgethecat my mum asked me if I had taken care of business down there and I'm going with the "it's actually worse if you over shave it" line :o

VaricellaZooster · 20/02/2012 16:19

I am measuring 38 weeks at 33 weeks. That means i would have effectively been the size of someone full term for 7 weeks Shock

I very much can't wait to be able to bend in the middle, breathe, not smell like gaviscon, finish the bloody ferrous sulphate so I can poo, be able to wee without leaning forward again and eat a proper meal without feeling sick/like I'm going to explode Grin

I would also like to be able to walk more than 50 feet without stopping to catch my breath and I don't fit into maternity clothes any more so god knows what I'm going to wear in the next 7 - 10 weeks. I might have to fashion myself some kind of smock from a bed sheet.

Quite frankly my lady garden can take it's chances and if DP mentions it he'd be a brave man Wink

feekerry · 20/02/2012 17:32

oh also cant wait to wear normal ish clothes again!!! my limited maternity clothes collection barely fits anymore and i refuse to buy anymore this close to d day so i mainly just wadnder about in my pants and hideous bras. nice.

lol trimming dowm below with a collection of mirrors! i did that this morning with 1 big mirror and 3 pocket sizes ones!! lol

MiauMau · 20/02/2012 18:37

I actually cut my toes nails today, as they were starting to resemble claws. The sense of achievement was short lived as I was completely out of breath after doing it.

heartmoonshadow · 20/02/2012 22:39

I can't wait to...

Wear nice pants again that match with Bra.
Be able to go into our small bathroom without bumping into something.
Get into the shower without squeezing belly through the door.
Reach into our kitchen cupboards without banging my belly.
Wear a variety of clothes.
Have sex with hubby without the bump getting in the way. (embarrassing but hey we must all be in same position during third trimester very jealous if you are not!)

These and many things.
