I accidentally went to a talk on pelvic floors the other day (what life? where?) and the MW doing the talk said we shouldn't be weeing more than once a night, and that we should try and hold onto the wee and not go as soon as we feel the need, as it trains the bladder to be lazy.
Okay, this is a load, isn't it? I mean, this is my second child, so I'm reasonably sure that ridiculous numbers of loo trips are normal. It's one of those pregnancy clichés.
Can't you get a bladder infection from holding wee in for too long, anyway?
