Gain Loose three stone (including the baby weight so about a stone off what I weigh now hopefully!)

Completely Not stress out about everything

Hire a cleaner Keep my house neat and tidy

Sit about listening to other mums talk about how amazing their kids are Be understanding towards other mums

Get up with the baby and let DH sleep as he has work.... On weekdays only....

Never allow anyone ever to be near my baby unless I'm there to make sure they are doing everything properly! Allow others to coo over my baby if they so please!

Good luck with those.

My list for DC3 are:
have a shower each day
get out of the house each day
make sure DS and DD have 3 basically decent meals a day.
everything else is a bonus!

soppypreggyloon · 20/04/2011 17:48

Not stress over every deviation from the Rose tinted view of motherhood that my antennal classes taught brainwashed

Get out and about quicker - ds will go mad if house bound!

Cry less (I couldn't have cried more fist time!)

Prinpo · 20/04/2011 17:55

Wear clean pants.

Prinpo · 20/04/2011 17:56

Sorry, should make it clear, I DO wear clean pants now. It's not a new habit I'm hoping to start. Grin

prolificwillybreeder · 20/04/2011 19:29

Mine are pretty much the same as camdancer
I would like to add:
Gorging on Eating pate and drinking fizzy before my very rare steak and mussels. This will be followed by chocolate mousse and cointeau and a cheese board and port for later.

I just think a lot about food!

HipHopOpotomus · 20/04/2011 19:55

Eat lots of pate and gooey cheese. Then lose 3 stone Grin

PrettyVacant1 · 20/04/2011 20:04

Walk everywhere.
Effortlessly combine BF and EBM.
Visit family and friends by train and stay overnight.
Lose 3 stone too (by walking everywhere)

I know, I know.
Yes, it's my first. Grin

Darlingdamsel · 20/04/2011 20:15

Eat Ham.

Beesok · 20/04/2011 20:26

Not stop getting hair and nails done regularly, be a slim yummy mummy (yes, of course I will all the pregnancy weight through breast feeding and walking everywhere), allow in-laws and parents to take baby for weekends so I can have romantic dates with hubby, will not be annoyed that my husband has to work long hours and go on frequent business trips.....OK I can stop day-dreaming now :)

JBrd · 20/04/2011 20:31

Sleep on my front
Sleep on my front
Sleep on my front

Loose all the weight I've gained and more

Not freak out on a daily basis about the latest baby-related news/scientific findings in the news etc (yeah right...instead I will be freaking out about my living breathing baby itself Grin)

Bend down/pick things up/put my socks on without having to say 'Uff' every time!

Eat goat's cheese

brizzagirl · 20/04/2011 22:04

Errr have more than a small glass of wine in one go!!!
Have a massive cheeseboard
Also lose the 3 stone (might be difficult given nos 1 and 2) Grin

Jill72 · 22/04/2011 16:25

Manage one night through WITHOUT having to go to the BLOODY LOO!!!!!!!!!

Jill72 · 22/04/2011 16:26

Oh hang on! forgot - that's going to be replaced with crying baby isn't it???

4pudding · 22/04/2011 16:36

run up the stairs!

raspberryshake · 22/04/2011 16:44

Lose 3 stone....

Have a gin and tonic

Eat rare steak, Brie and goats cheese (not all at once)

Be able to run, jump and play boisterously with DD1 (3) without getting out of breath

Be able to paint my own toenails

Sleep on my front

Make sure we all get washed, fed and watered everyday and my house retains a "manageable" level of mess!

lolajane2009 · 22/04/2011 16:48

be able to get out of a chair without groaning.

see my feet

ParisPreMom · 22/04/2011 17:54

I'm on bed rest for contractions for two months now, so my list is LONG!
I will:
Have sex
Go jogging
Hop out of my shower effortlessly
Shave my legs
Do my bikini line
Drink a stiff gin/tonic
Drink an icy cold lager on a bar patio
Sleep peacefully on my back all night long (well, not all night long, I guess :-(

highheelsandequations · 22/04/2011 18:02

Sleep on my back

Put my socks/shoes on without having to sit down

Wear pretty shoes

Go out every day

Go to the gym, yoga, pilates, swimming etc.

Eat cheese, pate, rare steak, runny eggs, ... (and lose weight of course)

Drink many a glasses of wine

Wash my hair at least every 3 days

Last more than 2 hours without needing a wee

[bugrin]

LDNlady · 22/04/2011 18:11

Turn over in bed in one move rather than five.

Eat Camembert, Brie and pate and yes quite possibly all at the same time!

Get up from the sofa without sounding and looking like a right old fart.

Enjoy an expensive bottle of red wine.

Walk for longer than 15 mins without feeling like I want to sit down.

Not have heartburn!

Bumpsadaisie · 22/04/2011 18:54

Never have another one and will resist broodiness and amnesia about how ill being pregnant makes me!

Muser · 22/04/2011 19:59

Umm, hate to say it. But if you're breastfeeding sleeping on your front is still off the agenda. Ouchy!

G1nger · 22/04/2011 20:36

Prolificwillybreeder- rare steak is allowed. Check your purple nhs pregnancy book. It just has to be cooked at the edges. Mince can't be pink at all, ofcourse.

prolificwillybreeder · 22/04/2011 20:51

It is really G1nger? Right! Tomorrow I am on a steak eating mission!
If I am not seen for several days I will be still eating rare yummy steak with onions :)

Albrecht · 22/04/2011 20:58

Still breastfeeding and I can now sleep on my front - baby is 9 months old Grin

suburbanslob · 22/04/2011 21:05

My bub is two weeks old now and this thread has really cheered me up - bizarrely have already totally forgot what it's like to be pregnant!!!
