I am so hungry all the time (only 5 weeks!) but I also feel sick most of the time and don't really feel like eating if those two things together don't sound too contradictory Grin

What things have you really wanted to eat?
Has it hit the spot? Or not?
What has helped your sickness?
What have you gone off?
What really churns your stomach?

Come on let's hear it! Food is always on my mind and I am sure I am not the only oneGrin
Perhaps we can give each other some tips for beating the nausea and vomiting/cravings/healthy stuff etc.

At the minute I don't fancy anything, and if I do, I have to have it NOW because I won't feel like anything in 5 minutesGrin
Like last time, I was looking forward to the excuse to indulge in chocolate but disappointingly I have gone off itConfused

Cheese, lots of cheese, bread and butter, bread and butter and cheese, dairylea, mini scotch eggs, pork pies, mashed potato, mashed potato and gravy, mashed potato and sausages and gravy, ... needs to be savoury though, not liking sweet stuff at all just now!

I also used to be healthy but the thought of a salad just now makes me want to run and hide. Also agree with whoever mentioned food that is prepared for you, I have sat starving for 45 mins feeling sick and too tired to go to the kitchen and fetch myself anything!

Getting really hungry now! Oh and I'm about 7 weeks, refuse to weigh myself but am avoiding all my 'thin' clothes already :)

highheels - i can manage things like hulahoops etc (like on my way home from work tonight) but really don't want and can't be bothered to eat properly, and i also am usually a very healthy eater. i am also avoiding my 'thin' clothes already and am only 5 + 5. i gagged on my toothbrush yesterday, which i am sure is earlier than i did when pg with dd

broccoli if it wasn't for my lovely DP cooking dinner every night and making my lunchbox for me I think I'd be surviving on instant food e.g. dairylea triangles (when I brought them home from the shops and proceeded to eat them straight from the packet DP said "yep, you're definitely pregnant" :) ) and crisps! I'm only feeling sick when hurngry or exhausted, good excuses for sitting on the couch lots munching my way through the contents of the fridge!

Mmmmmmmm Dairylea triangles... I (re)discovered them on monday, and love munching heaps of toast covered in Dairylea, it has taken over from the Hula Hoops addiction.

Chocolate is all i want at the moment....and chilli flavour doritos.....although i wouldnt recomend eating a family size pack of the latter to yourself :/

Have found that pasta has settled my stomach loads, and cheese, strangely that seemed to be the nly thing i could eat when feeling really sick!
