Hooray for banana !!!

I saw a patient at work today and she had had some spotting etc this week and I told her to keep the faith, and it all might still be ok, so I am so glad it turned out ok for you too Grin

You have a banana miracle :)

Hi Everyone I thought I owed you all an update as to whats happened. I am sorry to say that I have no good news, in fact its terrible news.....
Saturday at lunch time was worried as I could not hear any heartbeat at home, so went to hospital. I had 2 scans and dopler preformed, but no heartbeat heard.
I was booked to go in on Sunday for induction labour, but had chronic back pain during Sat night/sun morning so went in at 5am. Induction started at 6am. Labour was ok. Beautiful Georgie was born at 14:03 on 10/10/10 asleep. She is truly stunning and perfect.
No explanation at present, but we have agreed to have various tests, as we feel we owe it to her to find out (or try to) what had happened.
I am devastated and heartbroken, but hope int time to be back on here, but wanted to let you know for now what had happened.
I am wishing you all the best of luck with where you are at. Please feel free to visitwww.justgiving.com/georgina101010
its just one of our ways to remember our beautiful girl and my stunning and gorgeous daughter. xxx

Louise - I'm so very sorry to read your news today xx

banana87 · 14/10/2010 10:06

Louise, I am so sad to hear your news. May your angel rest peacefully in heaven until you join her. Lots of love xxx

malteser1981 · 14/10/2010 10:28

Louise, there are not the words to express how sorry I am to hear of the loss of your darling daughter Georgie.
I'm sure the midwives who cared for you during your labour and the birth of Georgie will be overwhelmed at your genorosity at this time, to set up a fundraising page in Georgies memory to benefit other parents in your situation is such a selfless act.

Your terrible loss only reminds us all how fragile the little lives we are carrying are....so I'm sending lots of love to you and your family of course, but also to the other amazing ladies here xxxx

Kate1535 · 14/10/2010 10:36

Hello, my name is Kate and I am Louise's sister. I felt compelled to write a little message to say thank you for all the support you have and continue to show my sister through these devastating times.
We are all heart broken and this is not how it should be. Although we are here for Lou and will do anything to help her get through this. She has been completely incredible and so so brave.
Our gorgeous Georgie has had such a huge impact on all of our lives and her beauty will always be with us.
From a personal note she is my first Niece and I can honestly say I would have spoilt her rotten and she has a HUGE place in my heart and that is where she will stay, always in my thoughts my little angel.
I wish all the ladies on this site much luck in their plans and I very much hope to be back on here with a very different story in the future and to be telling my little niece of nephew about their beautiful older sister. Until then, thank you again and best wishes to you all. Lots of Love Kate xxx
