Reuben or Raphael for a boy

Niddlynono · 22/08/2005 20:23

B: Jagger, Luca
G: Lola, Cleo

I'm gutted though - we can't have Jagger because our surname begins with G (soft) and my brother & sister-in-law have bagsied Luca. I quite like Rocco but I'm worried that there will be loads of Roccos because of Madge & Guy! Also with the girls, my mum really doesn't like Lola and I drive a Renault Clio. Back to the drawing board!!

I used to know a little girl called Charis - from the Greek root - who is nearly 40 now. I thought it was a lovely and original name then, and still do.

Tortington · 23/08/2005 00:37

twins buffy and spike

eidsvold · 23/08/2005 07:29

have chosen my favourites for my girls - but if we had a ds he would have been benjamin james.

Other girls names I liked though - Tara and Maya.

oooggs · 23/08/2005 08:01

James Aaron & Erin Leigh

Klara · 23/08/2005 12:50

boy - hugo
girl - georgie (as in georgina) - kind of cheeky I think. Personally i love the name Cicely but I know dh would never allow it. Names have to work in 2 languages, so have to be relatively neutral

Not allowed to call it Klara - apparently it's a cows name in this country!

Klara (MOOOOO)
