Thanks, AQ. I'm so glad you got some time-off, even if you did have to pay for it with floors! When we moved house, I had panic attacks for two weeks (not straight away, only after I'd had so much adrenaline for 4 weeks I couldn't remember how to calm down) and thought a lot about you and Castles, and hats off: it was awful. I had high blood pressure too, which added to the panic - now medicated.
Just had ultra lazy weekend and feel almost normal, though still itchy - last week I totally overdid things and felt horrible again. Shingle recovery is like watching paint dry
Most importantly, poor dd1 has been having awful time crying at school, unsettled by me being ill for so long - and I've enough energy back to do the loving/tough thing she needs so badly in order to go into class with a smile on her face. It was v v

Jabber, I know about the vaccine but imagine its too late? I think once you've had it once (yes, first time) you're meant to have renewed immunity for a while, no?
