Oh frittata is sooooo much better with cheese though. I actually grate my courgette when making frittata. I don't think that I'd get these past dd tbh, but I can do for lunchtimes when she's at school. I worry about having too many eggs though, as I'll end up having one every day for breakfast too.
Dd doesn't really go for 'wet' food - prefers stuff that she can pick up individually and eat with her fingers . She loves rice and pasta and cous cous, is so so with potatoes (likes little new ones roasted though), isn't interested in meat unless it's highly processed (sausages, chicken nuggets, minted lamb kebabs etc) although will occasionally eat a little chicken. Hates fruit except lychees and sometimes bananas, grapes and apples (but these have to be peeled, cored and wedged . Likes most veg (except those mentioned earlier) - esp cucumber and beetroot and sweetcorn. Doesn't often do bread well, though will sometimes ask for a sandwich. Didn't like parsnips but the last 2 weeks she apparently does (although didn't eat them when served last night) .
Dh will eat anything as long as there's lots of it and he can add cheese or meat as necessary . He's allergic to chocolate and goats cheese, so those are off the menu for him, but they are for me too, so not really a problem.
Ds doesn't appear to be fussy yet. Loves fruit more than veg but will eat both. Limited interest in bread/toast.
We all like fish - dh and I like pretty much all kinds. Dc like sole and seabass. (Can you see why our food bill is so high?!)
Both dc will eat quorn, as will dh and I, although dh would moan if served too often.
Phew, that was a bit mammmouth!
