I am going to chirporactor this afternoon. Having beiing going to about two years and she is a miracle worker. She said that when you have a baby or two your muscles and ligaments all relax and afterbirth they are meant to spring back over time but because nine times out of ten we are bending/lifting etc they can go back wrong. She realigns me very often. One remnant of carrying the twins though is pain in my tailbone, right in my cocyx. which is worse if i am seated for a long time i.e car journey. Does anyone else get this.

Boo - babies are us have a a vtech walker down to £21 with breaks its plastic and colourful and noisy so perfect for babies - K has 2 different ones at the mo as he now only wants to walk around with that or be carried - apparently he is too good for crawling now!

I think your DH is right that wooden one might be too light and tip up.

My lower back hurts if I drive for long...but I figured that's because I labored in my lower back... do you know I have flashbacks whenever my back starts hurting? sigh so much for forgetting...

Fei - hurrah! looking forward to Thursday - me too with the backache, like WFH mine is a third of the way down my back. I know its because I hunch over O when I'm feeding him... if I didn't look at him I'd probably not be in half as much pain but I have to gaze at him adoringly when he's feeding

Boo - glad Moo is feeling better today... its knackering the constant need for entertainment when they're feeling unwell isn't it? Hope she sleeps well for you tonight.

Nutty - [h envy] at your 13 hours sleep. Not sure I can be your friend anymore

King - O was wary of water in a tippy cup for a while. just keep offering it, she'll take it eventually... it is so funny when they look at your like you're crazy when you offer them something new isn't it? i found that taking a couple of sips myself and saying 'mmmmmmmmm, yummy water' and then offering to O about 20 times in a row worked (after about six days of doing it at every meal)

Gui - have fun at your folks we're off to mine this weekend as well as we're getting O christened in our local church...

Sam can't do any of that yet. He 'walks' if you hold him steady and move his weight from one leg to the other. He'll roll over but get stuck sometimes. He can sit for a bit on his own.

He was 5 weeks early and I'm very of the rest of you!

sorry i didnt get on to catch up last night, i kinda got distracted by this guy i met whils playing scrabble he's like me but in bloke form!!! am very excited to see where this goes!! and he dint run away screaming when i mentioned my girls or the divorce!!
