I hope that this will do you all as the last thread ran out.

Let the fun and chocolate eating commence...

Yes, I think we do need that story

I've given BJs in high school. I'm a classy girl.

SpringySponge · 27/09/2009 23:10

I've seen Edward Scissorhands a few times (I still don't understand why anyone would find him sexy?! He has scissors for hands for God's sake! Why are they all fawning over him?)

But not Cry Baby.

Please please send me all your warrior positive vibes. Ellen is in hospital with a respiratory infection. DH is with her.

AuldAlliance · 28/09/2009 06:13

oh, Puzzle, sending you gazillions of vibes from over here.
Hang in there, I have my fingers crossed for you (and some toes and elbows for good measure).
I don't usually do this, but lots of hugs coming your way.

JumeirahJane · 28/09/2009 06:40

Trying to figure out how to divvy up today's vibes.

Oh dear Puzzle - lots going to you for Ellen's swift recovery.

Also to BB for broken foot escapades, and baby scary fever. I do miss the challenges of work but don't think I could tear myself away from her now, or even in a year or two. But if you have the energy, drive and support then that's fab.

Boff, men are not organised enough to plan, that's why wew are here to do their thinking for them, trouble is they see it as nagging . Then we're left to do all the running around. You are right to withdraw radio rights til he learns better manners.

Bronze, bigtime vibes for straight-in-and-out-no-hassle surgeon appt today.

Nutty, you seem well sorted now, and who wouldn't be with your blonde hottie fantasies

Sitting up unaided - check. Lost tongue thrust - check. Ability to grasp and hold items in fist - check. And she'll be 6 months in one week. My baby is growing up so fast

Feierabend · 28/09/2009 09:08

Oh dear BB sorry to hear Kara was unwell, and about the broken foot. And they still make you hobble all the way to London?

Can I add When Harry Met Sally to you list of classics...

Feierabend · 28/09/2009 09:39

St Elmo's Fire . Suspect it has dated terribly.
Ooh, all those brat pack films :
The Outsiders, Rumble Fish. I read the books, they were brilliant!

Le Grand Bleu All that dolphiny music and Jean-Marc Barr in tears: when I was 17 I would have given anything, but anything, to comfort him. Even in that dodgy jumper he has on in the clip!

Pulp Fiction (but you must have seen that)
The English Patient (ditto)
Gosford Park (ditto)
Thelma and Looooooouise (ditto)

That Big Blue video has made me feel so old. I watched that film several times over one summer in Paris, when I was a pretty 17-year-old and had the world at my feet. I feel so past it now!
