Thought I'd start a new thread as as soon as evie pops we're bound to fill it hugely and some of us have phones to work with!

Wow, congratulations CFF!

We really should organise a meet up soon, before you all get too big and blooming!

No babies here that is for sure, I do however have a brand new macbook which I love almost as much as DD

ronx · 27/01/2010 22:08

Well done timmy.

I blame Slimming World for this baby . I joined the same time as you, lost just over a stone ... and then got pregnant again!

turtle23 · 28/01/2010 06:52

Well done Timmy!

Ewe-OOOOhhhh..can I have a cuddle with it next time I'm round? Swap you for T!

My DH has a macbook from work which he taunts me with. Sooooo smooth and shiny and yummy...

Timmy - that's fab! I put most of my baby weight back on when I went back to work and was suddenly sat on my bum eating chocolate all day, and neither breastfeeding nor chasing after DS! So I'm very in awe of you and ronx who have lost loads while being back at work!

Yay CFF! This sibling idea is a popular one at the moment, isn't it?

indie37 · 28/01/2010 15:21

Oh you're all making me jealous. Am still trying to persuade dh we need another baby.

Dontpanic · 28/01/2010 22:39

you're all nutters!
congratulations new mums2be

turtle23 · 29/01/2010 06:15

DP-I'm the only nutter. I want another one badly already and T is only 10 weeks old.

Congratulations, all you pregnant-types, and well done on the weight loss, Timmy.

I'm not tempted at all yet. It surprises me a bit, especially after cooing at all the littlies at playgroup this morning, but I really don't feel the urge for another at the moment.

Aquarium sounds fun. When were you thinking?

turtle23 · 29/01/2010 15:50

Any time except half term for Aquarium. Am still waiting for poor P to be well enough for an outing. Should be ok by Feb.

Hellooooooooooo...anybody here?

merryberry · 02/02/2010 09:35

llllllurrrking. am a bit gip, not very posty. terrific stomach problems. am losing weight, but it ain't in a good way!

Ewe · 02/02/2010 09:44

Lurking here too, thought I had managed to escape a hangover this morning, actually think I was just still a little intoxicated earlier and now sobering up.

Peppa Pig has been doing most of childcare this morning so far! Off to library shortly and then my Dad is coming over for lunch which will be nice, then NAP time, woo!

I can do most weeks for aquarium trip, Mon, Tue or Thu are generally best for me as I work on Wed and Fri.

merryberry · 02/02/2010 10:02

lol ewe. watched your progress home on FB. funny

Ewe · 02/02/2010 12:48

I was very at having to phone (and wake up) J and explain that I had not only missed my stop, there was no train back as it was too late so it was a £20 taxi fare and I had to borrow money from him as I couldn't remember my bank card pin

However, it was my last night out with one of my best friends who is getting married on Saturday, a deserving cause I'm sure you'll agree.

Shit. Just reminded myself I NEED to find something to wear, eek, I always leave these things to the last minute. DD in cot currently refusing to go to sleep, Dad just left and I am desperate for her to drop off so I can snooze! I love my bed.

Are you feeling any better mb?

Ewe · 02/02/2010 12:51

Mmmm. I also made AMAZING (yes, yes, modesty isn't my top quality!) carrot cake yesterday. I have never been a huge fan but my version is delicious, I am feeling much better after two slices.

turtle23 · 02/02/2010 13:25

Ewe- yummy...carrot cake is my favourite.

I am truly pathetic. I keep looking at old photos and wanting my big baby to be little again. How are they nearly two?

Was meant to have morning with just T as D was going to take P to playgroup. He rang this morning to say he was REALLY ill and couldn't do it. But could come late afternoon/this evening instead. Do we think he is just laaaaaaaaaazy?

Mmmm. I had a gooey triple chocolate muffin

Somewhat rubbish all day nausea and exhaustion here, and DH now in Japan for week with work . MIL and FIL doing nursery pick up, tea and bath tonight, and morning stuff tomorrow to help out on my two travel to work days which is good of them. And I get to eat my favourite food this week - while DH suffers the sashimi, I am creating seafood spectaculars for myself. I should be the one in Japan, I love their food way more than him!

Ewe · 02/02/2010 15:29

I vote lazy turtle!

Just had the best nap ever

Wish DD would cheer up though, she's been a moody little madam since the weekend and I can't seem to snap her out of it. Terrible twos are coming I think!

meg, enjoy the early nights, getting to watch what you want on TV etc! Rubbish about nausea and exhaustion, did you have this when pregnant with DS? Many more weeks to look forward to?

ronx · 02/02/2010 17:10

I had forgotten about the tireness. Some days I feel as if I have been given tranquilisers .

timelordvictorious · 02/02/2010 21:59

Please stop talking about cake. Please. Bloke and I are going back to naked-German-Spa in June, and this time we're going with another couple. And while I have no problems with scaring anonymous Germans with my lardy bits, it is quite another to be waving them at people I know.

Especially a gym-obsessed 25 year old whose body has yet to play house to a wriggly baby. Sigh.

Ewe, Ff has started to get a bit stroppy too. She does a very good 'No!' if offered a pudding that doesn't meet her exacting standards, but then redeems herself with an adorable, 'Yes peeeeeeeease' when an acceptable replacement is offered. (Usually blueberries. I spend a fortune on sodding blueberries!)

How are you feeling now, Merryberry?

Littleducks and Ewe, how is uni? I think this term is easier - I seem to be able to organise myself a bit bette now. Still scary hard though.

Anyone have plans for second birthday bashes yet?

timmyinatizzy · 02/02/2010 22:46

Work have banned Mumsnet . I'm hoping its temporary. They've gone and banned anything they deem as 'Social/Lifestyle'

It means I have to work now

Hhmmm cake. Can't go wrong with a bit of chocolate cake. Have to count the Syns though!

turtle23 · 03/02/2010 06:21

Tomorrow is the start of "the plan." I am going to go to the bloody gym. I will stopeating medicinal biscuits. Must tone flab for wedding. Must ....try.....harder....

i'm ploughing on, tummy just not happy, feel sick when i eat/drink, but at least not just feeling it. so better. will be losing weight i expect, though also v. tired from not eating much, so practically stationary. like 1st trimester MS and tiredness, without any hope of decent outcome! boo!

timmyinatizzy · 03/02/2010 13:07

Yay, it was only a blip. I can get Mumsnet at work
