Knickers - M still feeds in the night but I don't have a non-sleeping first born so I can cope with the night feeds. I am very grateful that ds was a good sleeper from about 8 months and that the only problem we had with him was early waking. M is totally different and I fear we will have problems with her for a while. Good luck with trying to stop the night feeds. I have no idea how I will ever get M to stop them!

M was ok through the night (apparently, I slept downstairs so didn't hear her) and only woke twice & wasn't too difficult to get back to sleep. Oh, actually it took about an hour to get her back to sleep I've just been told. Just as I was thinking that maybe we could try stopping the night feeds......

CantSleepWontSleep · 08/09/2009 08:46

It took an hour to get ds back to sleep in the night too mm, and that was with a feed and calpol! Bloody teeth. Was a shit night again - having a run of those at the moment.

Pf - I noticed that your fb relationship status had changed. Do take it steady and be sure of things before you make decisions.

Sympathies knickers.

Did you have scared children up in the night pepper?

I am hoping that M is suffering with her teeth too otherwise I have no idea why she is so moody! I suppose she could be getting frustrated with not being able to walk. She knows what to do and how to do it, she just doesn't have the balance yet.

Just a quick post..... I have spawned a criminal. DH went into the shop to buy a paper (Star Wars Lego offer in the Mirror) and M swiped a Flake! She is forward facing at the moment as she seems to enjoy it so he didn't notice until they got home. On the plus side, she handed it straight over to me. I might start a baby shoplifting gang......

I haven't eaten the Flake as I don't want to risk getting 'done' for receiving stolen goods. I will probably leave it for Granny or ds at the weekend.

ronshar · 08/09/2009 11:54

You can change your name to Fagin

50ftQueenie · 08/09/2009 12:01

"You've got to pick a pocket or twooooo boys...... You've gotta pick a pocket or two" I already have an Oliver!

Lovely singing Glad your scan was ok.

Busy here. DD2 started school yesterday, only 12.30-3pm so a bit of a pain but come Friday it is all day. Let the party begin
It is DD2 b'day tomorrow as well. 5. I have just realised I should really have a card and pressie sorted out. So off to town I go.

Hello every one. Be back later.

Have you seen that the ONS have finally released the baby name stats for 2008?

OP posts:
50ftQueenie · 08/09/2009 13:22

Oh poo! Oliver is STILL really common popular. It wasn't when ds was born, I must have started a trend.

Ronshar - At least you live near a fabulous shopping town! Good luck with the present hunting!

Ah, you see if you had said that then I wouldn't have called you a meanie. In that case it is indeed funny. I will check the Martha thing.....

50ftQueenie · 08/09/2009 16:00

Yes Martha is number 84. Bugger. There are NO other Marthas round these parts.......

Oooo CSWS - ANTM new series starts on Monday. Yay yay yay!!!

I suppose so Pistachio. One thing that I am glad about it that there is no way the local chavs will be calling their daughters Martha. Olivers are everywhere though, at least ds thinks it's funny.

CantSleepWontSleep · 08/09/2009 17:07

Ooh does it 50ft - fab, then I will have make me a supermodel US and ANTM to watch.
